“Somebody slammed a luggage cart into my Audi RS5 front side bumper at Dulles. It was a couple of big and deep scratches scuffs, a couple inches in diameter all the way down to the black plastic. All the big repair shops such as Audi wanted 6k-8k to remove and repaint the bumper, with most of this being charged to "recalibrate the sensors and cameras." Luis was the only person I could find that would do a paint blend job without removing the bumper. He made the bumper look brand new and for a very reasonable price. “This afternoon I went to Caliber Collision for an unscheduled estimate on some scrapes on my passenger side rear fender wheel-well and a passenger side mirror that would no longer retract because of being bent in the wrong direction. The manager “Z” greeted me, asked if I had an appointment (I didn’t) and proceeded to listen to my concerns. He came out to my F-150 King Ranch and diagnosed that I merely had rubbed paint from another vehicle that could be easily removed with a cloth and the right rubbing compound. After assessing the mirror he recognized it just needed a little maneuvering and it would contract as normal. While he was assisting me, I was interrupted by an important phone call. He patiently waited for me to complete the call and then asked if he could go ahead and attempt to remove the blemishes off my wheel-well fender. I granted him the permission and when completed (10 minutes) it looked completely awesome. Mr. Z did not know I was a Marine vet, yet he took care of the problems I believed were going to cost hundreds of dollars and take 2-3 days of down time to fix. Kudos to this gentleman and his company Caliber Collision for having the CALIBER of INTEGRITY not found in many service centers. I truly appreciate the customer service I received today. And for the record, I have had work done on my vehicle there in the past and they have always demonstrated professionalism, kindness and a willingness to help. Take your vehicle to Caliber Collision. You won’t regret it, but you might if you don’t!”
