“Kris at AutoZone went above and beyond to help me today. I came in needing a new battery and wasn’t sure whether AutoZone installed them. Kris stopped what he was working on to assist me and explained that installation depends on the vehicle. He walked out to my car with me, even holding the door for me, checked the battery, and confirmed that I needed a replacement.
He then walked me back inside and patiently went over the available batteries, explaining the differences so I could make an informed decision. He never rushed me and made sure I understood my options.
I also accidentally paid using the wrong card and Kris kindly offered to cancel the payment for me. Once everything was sorted out, he installed the battery carefully. Afterward, he even gave me information about the battery he had removed.
Kris was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, kind, and professional throughout the entire experience. Customer service like this really stands out.
