His entire team is friendly and dedicated, making every visit a positive one. Bryant's craftsmanship in body repairs is remarkable and speaks volumes about his work. “Wrecked my newish BMW and drove it here for repair since it was close. They did an amazing job and I have nothing but great things to say. Took it to BMW for some followup items and they did an inspection and said it looked great. Knock on wood that it doesn't happen again but if it did, I'd go here. Thanks for the help!”

“I had my 2010 Ford Sport Trac Adrenalin in at K & W auto body to have some body repair done. Justin and his team did a fantastic job to get me in and out in a timely manner. The Adrenalin Sport Trac is a limited edition model and it was a little difficult to track down some parts for my vehicle, but they got it done. The measure of how good a business is, is how they take care of issues that come about. Sometimes work done is not always perfect, issues come up, but how that said business takes care of the issues is a good indicator on how well they take care of their customers. Justin and his team at K & W have it down pat. They know how to take care of their clientele, no matter what it takes. I would highly recommend K & W for all your auto body needs! Raleigh L.”

“these people are so amazing!!! I was having a really hard time getting the bolt out of my license plate plates as I had ordered special plates for my car. My tags had just expired and I was so scared. I was gonna get pulled over driving there. Not only did they get the bolt out but they installed both my rear and my front license plate waxed some scratches that I made in my car’s paint while trying to get the real license plate off and didn’t charge me anything!!! Nothing they did all of this for free!!! Turns out I will be going back next week to have them fix the dent and repaint my door because I need that done!!! They want a customer for life for doing this and being so amazing!!!”

“I had such a wonderful experience at Crash Champions Collision Repair in Woodbridge! Having to deal with car repairs after an accident is obviously stressful and not something anyone looks forward to, but Lee and Brad somehow managed to make the entire experience smooth, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. Lee at the front desk was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly, personable, and welcoming. He took the time to explain all of the details to me, walked me through what to expect, and made sure I understood everything. He never made me feel rushed, and he was just genuinely so kind and easy to talk to. He has the kind of personality that immediately makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. Brad was equally wonderful! He came out to look at my car with me and took the time to explain the repair process and what would happen next. He even walked me through the rental car process so I knew exactly what to expect with that as well. He was knowledgeable and helpful, but also incredibly friendly, personable, and funny. He had me laughing during a situation I certainly wasn't expecting to laugh about! What stood out most was how genuinely nice they both were. Nothing about the experience felt rushed or transactional. They answered my questions, explained everything clearly, and treated me like an actual person rather than just another vehicle coming through the shop. Accidents and car repairs are stressful enough on their own, and having people like Lee and Brad helping you through the process makes such a huge difference. They turned something I had been dreading into an unexpectedly positive experience. Truly amazing customer service from beginning to end. Thank you so much, Lee and Brad, for making the whole process so easy and for being so wonderful to work with. You guys are awesome! 😊”

“My experience at Lindsey Chevrolet is always a learning experience, both Lorie Sutton and David P. Helped me greatly. I have a bit of a laundry list of maintenance things that needed to get done, and everything went well and both were patient with me. Lorie helped me figure out a few things about my vehicle that I wasn’t able to figure out on my own. Thank you!”

“My technician was Seth he was on time in fact early than scheduled he reached out to me to let me know he was on his way and how long before he would arrive. He was very polite, friendly, and professional. He let me know everything that he was going to be doing and how long it would take to replace my windshield. I was very satisfied with the service he provided. I would highly recommend Safelite.”
