AND I was able to take it home the same day. At Staples, you'd have to get a 36x48 print shipped to you. I highly recommend this place. Will definitely be back.”

“My sons senior night for football was on a Friday. I ordered big heads from an individual and the quality was awful. I didn’t get the big heads from the individual until Thursday at 9pm. I emailed Jen at the UPS store that night, knowing they were closed. Jen responded to me an hour before they opened on Friday, assuring me that she could help me. She was able to get me all 16 big heads, of 12 different players, by 5pm! She saved the day and helped to make senior night special. Jen was very patient, helped work through picture quality issues and explained the process. The big heads were very well made. I highly recommend this store!!”

“I had a great experience her and want to commend Kenya on her exceptional customer service in assisting many customers with seemingly large tasks. I was going in simply to ship 2 packages, but the company I was shipping to did not provide the zip code which I did not notice until she asked for the information. She was extremely patient in waiting for me to look up the proper address. She did not make me feel rushed even though she had multiple customers behind me. I let her know I would not be offended if she took another customer but I found the zip code pretty quickly, so she was able to process everything for me. It was an overall great experience and I hope Kenya gets the kudos she so well deserves. Also, when I was talking with her, I found out that she was trying to get to lunch, but it kept getting pushed back because customers kept coming in. Even through all of that, she was still very kind and patient with us all and even apologized to the customers behind me, assuring them she would get to them as soon as possible. This level of customer service is rare and hard to find, so please let her know how much her kindness and excellent service makes an impact on customers like myself.”

“This place is awesome! I have not once had an issue at this location. The owner is very respectful and knowledgeable. He was able to answer many questions without having to think twice. It is a little cluttered with old keyboards and dvds. If you need a place to drop off your ups package or anything along the lines. This is that place for you.”

“Since starting my own business last year, I've been to this location at least 100 times. The staff is always friendly, not just to me but every interaction I've seen. A few months ago they installed a self-service "kiosk" for scanning in your own packages and/or to print labels. This seems to have alleviated lines as I rarely see a line anymore. Further, the team is almost always at or near the self-serve to help and get me in and out super quick. I really appreciate the extra mile this location goes!”
“A huge thank you to Chris for assisting me with an Amazon return. It was not an easy task for me. I started it out as a Staples return and Staples said the QR code wasn’t being accepted. I then called Amazon who changed the code to the UPS store. The code was still not being accepted by UPS. Chris went out of his way to do a work around and I was finally able to ship it. HUGE THANK YOU TO CHRIS!!!!!!! He was super friendly, super professional, and extremely helpful!!!!”

I ordered some last minute business cards through same-day service before a big event and another store informed me at noon the day before my event that their printer was down. I thought it would be a long shot to try to order them from the Woodbridge Staples mid-day but when I told Kaila what happened she really delivered! Not only did my business cards look great but she promised that she would stay late if she had to. With staff shortages everywhere great service is rare! Kaila is really a gem. Thank you so much!”
