“Dexter was incredibly helpful today. When I came into the store, I was all over the place. I had two returns and realized one did not have the label and the other did not have the return completed in the app. Dexter took the label and taped it to the package for me and he noticed that while I was completing the return in my phone, I selected the wrong option. He showed me how to cancel the return and do a brand new one. My son leaves for college in the morning and I am a complete mess, but Dexter was such blessing to this anxiety-driven brand new dorm mom! He even asked where my son was going to school and wished me luck. Give this man a raise!!!”

“This store is located inside the Walmart next to the bathrooms at the front of the store. It's not hard to find. It is a smaller store, but they do have one computer and one printer for your needs. They do not sell greeting cards or many supplies. I did what I came to do: print a document.”

I occasionally return Amazon packages here, and so far the process has always gone smoothly without any problems. I have also been satisfied with the other services they offer.
I remember reading a review below in which someone mentioned that they were asked to pay for tape when returning an Amazon item. My understanding is that the standard policy is for customers to prepare their return package themselves, including packing the item properly and sealing the box before bringing it in for return.
In that particular case, it seemed that the customer had not fully prepared the Amazon return package and wanted to use the store’s tape instead. That is probably why the employee explained that there would be a charge for using it.
In any case, I have had a positive experience here. The service has always been good, and I am satisfied with the various other services they provide as well.”

I walked in completely unsure of what I was doing, trying to mail a package to a customer. Instead of just telling me what couldn’t be done and sending me on my way, Victoria went above and beyond to find a solution for both me and my customer.
She didn’t stop there—she actually took the time to call the receiving customer herself and put him at ease with her professionalism. That level of care and dedication is rare these days! She offered helpful, practical suggestions that worked for both of us and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
What stood out the most was her attitude—she was welcoming, patient, and kept a genuine smile the entire time. She truly embodies excellent customer service.
Victoria could have easily turned me away, but instead she turned a frustrating situation into a great experience. She deserves 100 stars!
