Metro Motors inspected my vehicle, clearly explained the services that were required, and offered a fair price, lower than what a previous repair shop had quoted me. “Very belated review, but I stopped by here on the afternoon of June 27, 2025 after hearing noise from my tires on my way out of DC. Being from North Carolina, I could not afford to wait too long for the issue to get diagnosed and resolved. I explained my situation to Kalab, who was very gracious to expedite my repair. After spending the night in Arlington, the car was ready by 1pm the next day, and I was able to return to North Carolina by nightfall of the 28th. 10/10 would recommend for exceptional and honest service!”

“Just want to thank KC Automotive for helping me last week. I had been to another gas station but the air pump malfunctioned. I went to KC Automotive looking for an air pump. I didn't see a public air pump but the mechanic asked me if I needed air in my tires. I said yes and he told me to pull up to the garage bay and he checked all of my tires for me and put air in them. I was grateful and will keep KC in mind when I need automotive service.”

“I visited this morning for my car inspection and i got impressed! The place just started doing inspections on Sundays, and the inspector Amin was very professional, Friendly and helpful. He even offered me free coffee while I waited. The sitting area was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly. I really recommend this place , great service and great people!”
“Excellent service and great staff; had oil changed several weeks ago, then shortly after, all my windows stopped working, and couldn't get them to roll up. They got me in immediately and quickly diagnosed it and went from there . They explained the process clearly, offered a fair price, had it fixed by the afternoon. The mechanic even took the extra mile to pick me up from my job with my 2 kids as soon as my car was ready so I could drive my car home safely. ?”

“Been coming here for oil changes and state inspections for many years. Prices for services outside of inspections are what you'd expect. But when it comes to car mechanics, can't put a price on honesty. Very trustworthy people working here. Most of the low star reviews is based on waiting times, which is kind of out of their control.”
“I've worked with them for years and generally trusted them. But I recently paid thousands for a suspension and power steering repair only to run into more problems afterwards. They were willing to verify the repairs but basically said I was SOL.
Further, they wanted to charge me $80 for a cabin air filter replacement which is just insulting. Filters are cheap and take 2 minutes to install.”

Overall, it’s a solid Exxon station with good customer service, fair prices, and a dependable mechanic team that makes it a good place for both fuel and light maintenance.”

“This place is always busy and it’s for good reason, cheapest gas in town, also they have a convenient store for drinks , lottery tickets and snacks, I always get my inspection and emissions done here, Andy is always really helpful and get me in and out as quickly as he can even though there’s always a line cause it’s one of those places that has long time customers, I also go to Khang auto next door for basic and major services, Khang is very knowledgeable is all types of vehicle but one of the best in town for BMW, since we always drive BMW, always reasonable pricing , never recommend stuff that you don’t need, honest team of mechanic that takes care of our cars like it’s theirs , they get vehicles done in a timely manner, I highly recommend taking you vehicle here and seeing Khang and the rest of the team for half the prices of going to the dealer , thanks again Khang and the great team for taking care of our vehicle and getting us back on the road !”
