Not here! The service manager, Sunny, was an absolute pleasure and incredibly friendly and explained the process to me.
The mechanic, whose name I wish I had caught, was super friendly and informative. Very honest with what needed to be done to my car in the near future.

“The a/c in my car had started working intermittently. I didn't know what was going on, and it's still summer with all this heat and humidity! My husband thought there was a leak somewhere. It finally quit the next day, of course. When I called the dealer, they couldn't take me until the following week. My husband recommended that I go to Sunoco at Fairfax Circle where AJ might be working.
I went to Sunoco where AJ was thankfully working but already swamped. I told him that I had to go out of town the next day. He immediately assured me that he would charge it, and that would carry me for a couple of weeks until he could diagnose the problem. I knew AJ somewhat; he had done the emissions and inspection for my car.
AJ found the actual problem! It was the compressor relay. He replaced it at a very reasonable price in less than 2 hours! Thank you, AJ!! He told me that I'll need tires soon - I'll definitely be back to Sunoco at Fairfax Circle and to see AJ!”

“I own a 27 year old Mitsubishi and there’s no one I trust more than Paul and his staff at CITGO on Lee Hwy and Nutly Road. They will take the time to do the job right. The entire staff is honest, friendly and hardworking. I’ve been with these guys for several years and cannot say enough about the outstanding quality of work and great customer service at a great price. “I’ve never had any auto work there, but I like to get gas there because they go all out on the holiday decorations, the place is incredibly clean (even the bathroom - cleanest gas station bathroom I’ve ever seen), and there are no advertisements blaring in your face as you pump your gas. The staff has also been helpful to me. I go out of my way to use this gas station.”

“This is a clean and tidy gas station. If memory serves me correctly, for years this was the Crown gas station that used to have the best prices around. Obviously as it's Mobil it doesn't, but they are usually competitive with gas stations in the area. If you're really uptight on pricing the circle a couple miles away is better, but these folks offer a deal on this side of town. Plus you're close to where 29 and 50 meet, so it does have a viable spot when you're stuck in Fairfax City's hellacious traffic. I love the little store here. They actually have a lot of items for their diminutive size, and all the employees are very friendly. As for the pump area, it's new, clean and modern. I absolutely love the canopy and the amount of room, for any vehicle of any size. This has got to be the prettiest place to fill up, and your fancy dress shoes won't smell of STP and antifreeze. The trash bins by the pumps, and the vacuum cleaners by the storefront are excellent. I'm happy to recommend this gas station. Obviously getting out can be challenging, as area drivers can be completely rotten and block you in, but every once in awhile that reasonable human will let you out back on the road. Definitely a good spot to fill up.”
“I like this Exxon located in Fair Lakes Shopping center off of Fair Lakes Parkway. Well, I happen to drive into the shopping center for gas. Based on using the GetUpside app. The gas station is fairly large and super clean even this early in the morning, but not busy or crowded. On this trip, the pumps were not working or offline. So, I was kind of disappointed because I was thinking I made this drive for nothing. But, fortunately the night attendant was coming outside and I had explained what I was seeing. He immediately investigated the issue and started the pumps up. I was really appreciative because it was a little cold and I freaky needed to fill the tank. He literally stopped what he was suppose do (clean the trash bins) to assist, and he didn't have to. I know that sometimes the pumps are reset in the early hours to change the prices or update the firmware. In any case, this station gets the 5-star rating because it's an experience that will bring me back again. I kind of feel sorry for the attendant because he's out there hustling to keep the station clean, which I think he's doing an amazing job. And as far as customer service, he nails it 100%. So pay this establishment a visit, and try it for yourself - clean location and great customer service.”

There’s a small convenient store in the middle for drinks, cigarettes, snacks and other items that you may need for trips. The prices are very competitive after Wawa opened nearby.”

“5/13/21 Yesterday morning my boss sent me a message about a shortage on gasoline. I later saw for myself on how crazy things have gotten on Wednesday. Luckily I have a designated place to get my fuel for my job. Quarles Gasoline Station is generally a station for businesses. Mostly company vicheles come here to fill up and ship out. When I normally fill my company vichele with gas, I am normally the only one there to receive fuel. Today was just the opposite. I had four vicheles ahead of me and three were company vicheles from what I could see. The others looked like personal vehicles trying to find a place to get gas. This place can look like a run down gas station to the uninitiated. If you don't have a certain type of card with and of the special logos ( I will have a photo of this later) and passcode, your not getting fuel by the standard methods. Even though this place looks abandoned, the eyes in the Skies are watching you. I am happy the owners added trashcans to this property, because trash was being left on the ground. I recommend adding Portable Potty unless you don't mind guys peeing or shitting in the bushes. Just a thought. When I left the property yesterday, a longer line was forming up the street. There wasn't any fighting at this fuel pump while I was here, but when fuel gets low and desperation sets in, "One never knows, Do one?"”
