“I typed up this review over a year ago and not sure if it posted so here it is: After today's experience I will be bringing all my car business to these guys. It started with a call for some information and ended up with my vehicle receiving the attention it needed in less than 24 hours. Last month I brought my Mazda to the dealer for an inspection and the dealer quoted over $1,200 in "recommended" maintenance. I wanted a 2nd opinion so I brought it to these guys. They performed an even more in-depth inspection, identified legitimate items that the dealership didn't catch, reviewed the "recommended" maintenance items from the dealership and advised that they were not necessary at this time (saved me well over $1,100). They explained their recommended items in-depth and provided pictures of everything. Service was top-notch and everyone was extremely polite, helpful and professional. Sorry I didn't catch the gentleman's name that took my initial call, but when I checked my vehicle in, I was greeted and helped by Matt. When the inspection was performed I was texted and called by Drew. Drew was very thorough and explained all the items in detail. The gentleman that checked me out was a different person, but he was also extremely polite and helpful. It was a refreshing surprise considering the state of customer service at most establishments these days. Job well done and I will definitely recommend your business. Most importantly the pricing is budget friendly which is always a plus. The staff has been over the top nice and welcoming and very knowledgeable. Six months later some other components in the HVAC system failed that was unrelated to the compressor, but still required a dash out repair. “I’ve been going to this station for at least 20 years. Normally I’d be in and out for the inspection within 45 minutes.Though this time it was longer, as I watched I got upset. Why is the inspector lifting my car? I didn’t ask for an oil change. William (the manager) explained that the state police added items to the inspection-seatbelts, suspension, steering components, the inside brake pads.Next year I’ll make sure I plan to spend more time there…and I’m assuming with a more thorough/timely inspection-it’ll be more expensive.”

“Tony was great! He agreed to look at a classic Corvair for us to ensure it was running properly and in good mechanical order to help us make a purchase decision. The shop then proceeded to change all of the gaskets, fluids, and install our windshield fluid pump! Good service even though they were busy. To boot Tony mentioned the emergency brake broke when he was parking the car and he offered to install a new one at no charge once we could get the part! “I'd give this place 6 stars if I could. Literally the best tire shop I've ever been to.I went there because I had a slow leak in one tire and I assumed that I just picked up a nail and would have to have it plugged. As it turns out I did have a nail but it hadn't pierced the rubber so it wasn't the cause of the leak.After a thorough examination Marley, the guy working on my car, found there was an issue with a label that had not been removed from the tire, and rubber flashing that had been left on the tire from manufacturing, that was causing the leak. Also the rim was slightly bent from where I hit a pothole.Not only did they fix the tire, but they also took the other one off on that side to see if the rim was bent. It wasn't. Super competitive price, and friendly, knowledgeable service. I will be buying all my tires here from now on.”
