“Good day, I worked with John Hilton at this Verizon store who was terrific. He assisted me in reducing some costs on my I-Phone service since I was furloughed which was really appreciated. I also purchased Verizon wi-fi and You Tube TV and was finally able to cut the Comcast cord!! John helped me create a Gmail email for You Tube and also spent a lot of time with Verizon HQ for some assistance with my account. He was very nice, patient and considerate. I really appreciated all his help. Recommend him to everyone.”

“Had a bit of a chaotic start when I was given the wrong laptop at pickup due to a mix-up. When I came back to swap it, the original model wasn’t even in stock/mislabeled. It was a huge headache, and honestly, it felt like I wasn’t being taken seriously until I looped in corporate.
Once corporate was involved, the store manager, Bryan, stepped up and went above and beyond to make things right. They ended up giving me an incredible deal on a brand-new, much higher-spec MSI laptop to make up for the trouble.
Thank you to staff for turning a stressful mistake into an absolute win. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them is what matters—and they handled it well.”

“I had been going to Lee's Auto for years before we moved out of the neighborhood. We went to a shop closer to us for an inspection and to fix any issues my car might have (19-year-old Honda that has seen some things). Big mistake. The other shop took almost two weeks to give us an estimate and then told us they couldn't do some of the work. We took it back to Mr. Lee and within a couple of hours, he had an estimate of the work and by the next day, had the car fixed. Over the years, Mr. Lee has provided exceptional service. He gives timely estimates, stays within budget or calls if additional work needs to be done. He and his crew get the work done quickly and well. We're very pleased with his work and I will continue to take my car there even though we live 30-45 minutes away.”

“I upgraded to some new Klipsch Forte IV’s and Sean had a great price on the pair I was interested in. After working out shipment to Nevada, I also asked Sean for his advice about which amp might provide the best experience with these speakers. Sean provided a list of highly rated integrated amps and after sound some research as to which amp I thought would deliver the sound profile I was after, I decided to go with a McIntosh unit.
Sean provided tracking info immediately so I could track both deliveries. I just received everything today and set the new system up. I can’t express in words how well the amp and these Forte’s sound together. Thank you Sean for your solid input and advice!!

“There nothing like a well rounded customer service experience. I came in to replace my tempered screen protector and was certain I’d have a seamless interaction and be in & out quickly. I came in and was promptly greeted then asked the reason for my visit. Brandon was prompt professional and knowledgeable of products and services. I ran into a brief misunderstanding of policies surrounding my replacement screen protector. After connecting with a rep via the T-Mobile customer service line we landed on a resolution. He gave me the options of the best deals they had and showed me the two Android phones that were the best choices. He answered all my questions and explained the differences between the two phones. I'm not tech savvy so I really appreciated his help. I received a great deal on a nice phone and Mohammed handled the transfer of data from the old to the new phone.
