“One stop shop! While they have Shell gas (w/ethanol) diesel, and propane, the general store has just about everything else you could need. I use the general store to save me 15 minutes in either direction for paint brushes and rollers, smoker pellets, shovels, snacks, beer, wine, you name it. They also have a bunch of dog toys, who would have thought! Yes the fuel and store can be slightly more expensive but the staff is extremely friendly and you can't beat the convenience. Thanks guys!”
“We just recently moved from Delaware to Virginia, and on our way back Delaware for an important meeting, I had a flat tire. Luckily, I saw this Shell Gas Station with repair services. I spoke to the guy at the counter and asked if they can fix my flat asap because I have to drive back to Delaware for an important meeting. At first he said 45 mins but will see if there’s anything he can do. Went back to my vehicle and 2 mins after, a mechanic walked towards me and fixed my tire. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry that I wasn’t able to get the name of the guy, but hey, you got another customer because we moved 2 mins away from the shop. Thank you for being considerate.”

“I stopped in on thursday on my way home from pennsylvania, going to north carolina. Next thing, my tire pressure was down. I was in a panic and pulled in to this station. Turns out, I ran over a big piece of metal. The two gentlemen, we're so nice and efficient.I don't even know what to say!!!!! I had my three teenage girls with me, and we had three hours left to go home. They showed me what was wrong with the tire. He talked to my husband on the phone, and they had me in and out and fifteen minutes and back on the road. Although it was 57 dollars for a patch it was still worth it to me. And it got me home and still holding, losing no tire pressure. These guys could not have been any more nicer. And I had to force them to take a four dollar tip, because it's all the cash I had on me.”
“Just want to thank KC Automotive for helping me last week. I had been to another gas station but the air pump malfunctioned. I went to KC Automotive looking for an air pump. I didn't see a public air pump but the mechanic asked me if I needed air in my tires. I said yes and he told me to pull up to the garage bay and he checked all of my tires for me and put air in them. I was grateful and will keep KC in mind when I need automotive service.”

“I had the best experience at Briar Oaks Exxon when the check engine light came on right near a gas station. I was so nervous being out of state and not familiar with this particular service station or it’s reputation. The Service Manager (Stan Bailey) took control and made my experience a pleasant one. He had the car diagnosed and explained in detail what his recommendations were. I feel so lucky to have had my car break down where it did. “Our motoring family had our cars serviced with Rolling Rd. Sunoco for more than 15 years. Their automotive maintenace service have always been consistently efficient, prompt, honest & family oriented. Quite frankly I myself have not been back for perhaps over 2 yrs, because my car is new & I still avail of its factory/ dealer periodic service. But recently one of its tire sustained an irreparable puncture & needed replacement. I brought the car to 2 tire centers & both explained that the puncture site being conspicuous on the side wall of the tire, & therefore unrepairable. I didn’t mind having the tire replaced, but both centers were insistent on replacing the
damaged tire with a different brand (& not matching the original Toyo tires). So, I brought the car to Rolling Rd. Sunoco where I was promptly given a reasonable quote of a new matching Toyo tire, to be delivered the following day. I brought the car back that day and the tire was installed within an hour.

“My husband and I came here this evening around 7pm to fill up my back driver's side tire with air. We suspected a leak and spoke with a gentleman who was working in the inspection bay. He took a look at it and it had 2 nails in it! He plugged them both and noted that the cost would be $54.00. He absolutely did not have to do this as it was likely the very end of his day, but he was kind enough to do this for us, which we so appreciate. He noted that the plugs would be good to drive on for the life of the tire. While I didn't get his name, he was a blonde haired gentleman and both he and the gentleman at the front desk were very kind and helpful to us. We really appreciate the excellent service we received. Thank you so much.”

I was recommended by my neighbor and went for safety and emission and I was briefed professionally, they even took me to show my problems and advised the issue, the inspector is professional and well organized, place is also clean ! If you want your vehicle be inspected so you will be safe on the road ? Not asking for “sticker” ? Well i advise you go here ! If you want sticker then this place is not yours ! They are simply as honest as any one could be ! Will see you soon back thank you.”

“I have come here a few times before for routine maintenance at the recommendation of a friend. I work in Annandale and live in Manassas so I wanted to find a reliable shop closer to work. They have always been efficient and honest. And the cost for their services is incredibly reasonable. This evening, I left work and not even a mile down the road, my tire went completely flat. Fortunately, this shop was not far from where I was. I arrived around 5:30 and their service hours end at 5, but they were amazingly kind and took a look at the tire and found a HUGE nail in there. They got it patched up and I was back on the road within about 30 min. Thank you to the staff here for going above and beyond to help me during a stressful moment. I appreciate it so so much!”

Recently I usually get gas on Sunday when needed. Vincent is on duty and now when I pull in, he offers to pump the gas for me. That's very nice as I am elderly and recently have had surgery on both feet and standing/balance can be challenging. TY Vincent!
Last Month I stopped in an chatted with Favio Burke...I had renewal decals for my tags, but I am unable to bend over and remove the tags to get the decals on properly. It was a cold rainy day, and he took a look and brought the tags inside. He cleaned them up with spray 9 and allowed me to apply the decals. He then reinstalled them on the car perfectly. I asked him how much do I owe you, and he replied no charge. He wouldn't take a tip nor buy him lunch! I couldn't say TY enough, as I have a partial disability and elderly. He was genuine friendly and seemed quite knowledgeable about automotive issues. TY Favio!”

“Never have I given five stars to a gas station...until now. Yes, they station is new and it's very clean and it has a wide range of snacks, drinks, and food inside. But the real reason for the five star rating is Chit Chaat Cafe inside. A North Indian mother makes homemade Indian food for affordable prices and the food is soooooo good. The station also has a chai station and Indian drinks like Thums Up soda and mango lassi.”

“My first visit to this gas station was a pleasant surprise. I stopped by after leaving CVS with my fuel tank running on empty. The station, which I frequently pass by, was surprisingly empty at around 6 pm. Inside, the convenience store had a lovely scent, possibly from incense, and played good music. It was well-stocked, and the area around the gas pumps was well-maintained.The friendly gentleman behind the counter was helpful. I'm definitely returning to this hidden gem. The regular gas was priced at $3.49 per gallon. A great experience!”
