“I booked a Penske truck to move for the most part it was great. Only thing is when I booked it I told the man to put full coverage on the truck and he did not. We picked up the truck and loaded it and was ready to leave and my nephew looked at the contract and we had only basic coverage. No liability. We called and they transferred us to corporate office to try and get at least liability.Because we took it off the property they won'tlet us now add it. We were on the phone for 3 hrs trying to get help to no avail. Finally I called back to the lot we picked up the truck. A young man said no problem bring the truck back over and we will look to see that the truck has not been damagedand we will write a new contract with the insurance. We wasted our time with corporate and had a great experience after the young man took care of us. I am not stating his name, he knows we greatly appreciated what he did for us. PEOPLE please read your contract before you take the truck off the lot. And PLEASE get at least liability on the truck if you hurt someone or something you will not lose everything you have worked for. My insurance would not cover me because I was not driving the truck. My brother and nephews insurance would not cover them either. All in all I would recommend Penske highly”

“A rather large facility. I wanted to retrieve items from my U-Box container. I scheduled a couple of days I advance. So other than figuring out where to find my container, everything else was fine. The container as well held up well and my items were still in place from my CA move. Highly recommend U-Box. U-HAUL is less expensive than the other container providers. Thank you team U-Haul.”
“Friendly staff but they charged me a $20 after hours service fee even though I returned the equipment at 6pm. They ended up refunding it after I posted this review.Edit: the $20 charge was later reversed.”
“I was able to reserve a truck day of. Went to the gas station and was able to park my car on the side of street. Inside of the rental truck was dirty and smelled and I don’t believe they cleaned it in between. Drop off was also simple and quick. I would recommend for quick UHaul needs.”

“I was in Winchester VA, found a car I wanted to buy in Baltimore. Made an appointment to get a hitch put on and a full size car trailer rental for 7 am the next morning (Today). By 7:30 I was on the road and rolling with the hitch installed and trailer attached. One of the ratchet straps was shorter on one side and luckily I had spares but that personally doesn't take away from the absolutely excellent service that I received this morning. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone in the area or passing through. My experience with uhaul in the past have not been very professional but after today's experience my faith has been completely restored.”

“The entrance was not obvious but it does mention Budget trucks so that was helpful. Very nice gentleman spoke to us on phone and in office. Very simple private office setting but would use again.”

“Issue: Trailer hitch lights (under warranty) were not signaling from initial wiring done in Charlotte. Called UHall customer service, scheduled the appt with Bill (General Mgr) at the Falls Church location, appt was as scheduled, Mr. Robert troubleshot the issue,, explained what he needed and do and did the rewiring work (very polite and considerate).All associates that I encountered (5 in total) were professional and cordial. Thank You.”
