“I stopped in here out of curiosity and while I didn’t spend a whole lot of time in here I thought it was pretty cool. They have a lot of fairly interesting things, mostly snacks and drinks. Anyone who would have a 12 foot tall Home Depot Skeleton in a santa hat set up for Halloween is definitely my kinda people. I might come back some other time.”

“I want to give a huge thank you to the woman working in the Wegmans kitchen who answered the phone for online orders today. She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me when I was having car troubles, even offering to remake my food when I realized I wouldn’t make it in time for my pickup. Her flexibility and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find service like this, and because of her, I will definitely go out of my way to shop at Wegmans. “James at the Amazon Drop Off was wonderful today! He was pulling stickers off a sheet and immediately stopped what he was doing to smile and greet me. He then processed my returns and was very nice and pleasant about it. Also, the Drop Box was completely jammed up by someone's large package and he immediately went over and fixed the Drop Box so that other customers didn't have any issues and that the other dozens of packages were safely returned without issue. He is a commendable employee and I wish all customer service folks were just like him.”

“Finally opened up, this it all the fresh you need and convenient if you don't want too leave the house, great thing about being fresh, there are ice packs that are in your bag to keep you food cold and fresh how great is that.”
“Great meat products, and a solid value for the price. Baked goods are also fresh and yummy. Many Turkish grocery staples at decent prices and not easy to find elsewhere. A few things are on the pricy side, but not most.”

“5 stars for having multiple mobility scooters making shopping while on crutches so much easier! There are so many stores that don't offer them, so these are much appreciated! Absolutely love their bakery and their produce! Get their medjool dates in the produce section if you see them (they are the richest, largest, sweetest dates you will have ever tried!) I love how they carry both vanilla and plain soy milk. Prices are a tad higher than a competitor chain, but the bakery and scooter wins it for me!”
“One of the nicer Walmarts around. It has groceries and other department store items. Food is usually in stock, people here are mostly nice, except when they are in the way. Self checkout seems unorganized, especially when there is an issue. It took 10 minutes to get someone to fix the self checkout machines for 3 people. I would go to this walmart rather than the ones in Alexandria.”

“As always, everyone came to cash out at the same time. I plant myself in a line 10 customers deep expecting to wait a little bit (it's expected typically at the grocery store- nbd.)
They opened a second line, which was instantly helpful, and in addition the cashier was fast and super nice. It's refreshing in 2024 to experience genuine customer service because these jobs are not easy.

“Great place to shop for groceries. Isn’t too expensive and a great place to find fresh groceries. Ample parking is available and when you sign up for membership you get discount on each product. Highly recommended!”
“I don’t come in here too often but always enjoy when I do. I was recently in a bind and Juan Sanchez went out of his way to find an item for my toddler and I that was in stock, but not shelved. Such incredible kindness and thoughtfulness is always what I encounter here and I will keep coming back.”
“Never been a huge fan of the Longhorns in my area. Close to the hotel in Fairfax, VA so decided to try it. EXCELLENT! Wings were hot and delicious. Steak was tender and cooked perfectly. Service was exceptional. Definitely will return. Great job !”

I don't know what the hell is wrong with the administrative people at Giant, their software sucks at checkout. Get your act together, upgrade your software so it makes sense, and let's move on and be competitive with Safeway, which currently you are not.”

“A real food court at the Fairfax location!!! Why they have 3 places to get some of same dishes, I don't know. All good that I have tried. The French pastry shop is above par. The sushi stand is great. Always a good spot for a good and hearty beer bulgoolgi.”

“What a great Latin store. Best variety I have seen so far in the area. Went specifically for some Peruvian ingredients and did not disappoint. But they everything from fresh veggies and fruits to meat and cooking ingredients.”
“A very large selection of groceries and clothes. Very clean. Easily accessible garage parking with handicap parking. Store is handicap accessible with elevators from upper levels of garage.”
“My CVS pharmacy closed recently. It was the only CVS pharmacy in my area with a reputation for good service so I switched to this Giant one based on the reviews that I read. I'm glad that I did. The service here has been great and the staff is professional and friendly. And just today the pharmacist was able to figure out a way for me to reduce the cost of one of my prescriptions.”
“20250809 I stopped here to get my pups some baby food. To my surprise, they had a lot more jars than the Franklin Farm location, and it's on sale this week. They also have a huge section of Goldfish crackers. It has some unique snacks that I don't remember seeing at Franklin Farm. This location is much bigger too. One thing I don't like is the entrance and exit. It's not obvious and have to go around just to get in and out.”
“Let's start with parking, there is tons of it! That already solidified my satisfaction with Target. Going inside, there was a host passing shopping carts out, which was a nice touch. A nod to excellent customer service! The store was super clean, I didn't see anything on the floors or hanging around in the wrong spot. I definitely got a bang for my buck, there were so many clothes on sale and there were lots of options to choose from. Self-checkout was speedy and there was staff nearby who could support if needed. I don't mind making the trek out to come back here!”
“Visited while we were waiting for our table at hot spot. Had no intention of purchasing anything. After dinner we went back and the same guy was there and was so friendly. We discussed hot pot and his wanting to try it, ended up getting one of the small hooks kits and some extra tobacco.Tried it out as soon as we got home and it was the easiest I've ever had getting my hooka started. Mint flavor took me back to Dubai. Peach was good too. Will definitely be going back.”
“Great customer service from Louis in electronics section. Very knowledgeable on products AND deals. Went on July 6th at 1:25 pm to the electronics section. Louis was a five star representative! He was very thorough and helpful and patient with all our questions when concerning about purchasing a device! We appreciated the help without pressure.
