“Had to visit this location to replace our hot spot just before closing one evening and received exemplary service from assistant manager Kimberly and her associate Megan. We had had a long, very bad day, and their funny, friendly service turned that right around. Plus we went home with a new box that was 100% plug-n-play, just as Kimberly promised. We switched to T-Mobile about five years ago and it has far and away been our best cellular company experience. Fast, reliable, fairly priced, no trouble getting help. Kimberly and team just reinforced this. We hope T-Mobile will send us a survey but so far they haven’t.”
