“Have always had good luck at this BJ’s. This month the meat/deli dept was especially helpful with a special order. Meat Manager Alex was terrific with getting the order set up and seeing things though, and 2 staffers at the deli counter were so helpful and great to talk with. Had a great experience, terrific rotisserie chickens (like 20!) and especially enjoyed the people.”

“I have received the absolute best service today. I called last night as I was having issues at BJ’s club in capital heights, md for a tire replacement. Frank told me to come in today after 2pm. I arrived a bit earlier and when I say they got me in and started my paperwork right away. Frank explained the warranty on my tires and then some. He was also able to provide me with the corporate number to file a complaint at the other location. I’m beyond happy and satisfied with the service. I’m definitely coming back here for future services of my tires. Sadly, Frank is leaving and I wish him the best of luck on his future endeavors.”
