“I stopped by Mid Atlantic Wholesale Florist/Conklyn’s Florist to create a tropical-themed arrangement for a small party, and I couldn’t have had a better experience! As someone who loves floral design, visiting a wholesaler was such a treat.
Natalie, the general manager, was wonderful—knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely excited to share ideas and inspiration. It was a joy talking flowers with someone who clearly loves them too.

As much as I am an understanding individual, it pains me when folks take whatever is going on in their lives out on someone not deserving of that. The level of disrespect in today's simple phone call is not called for. Find another line of work if you're not going to make an attempt to offer customer service. I could have called back, spoken to a manager or supervisor and had you get in trouble, but you're already troubled sharing your bad attitude with the world. I can't imagine what your coworkers have to go through working alongside you. I'll probably go to another store from now on. They still have great folks who work here, but you on the phone.....take your misery elsewhere please.
It's for businesses only, not open to the public...but some people bring they whole family in here. Kids, uncles, grandparents and all....prices are fair. Quality is above par. Service is ok, most customers are jerks. Staff is somewhat friendly. It can get very busy in here...parking is a nightmare. Half the people driving make you question who gave them a license.”
“Have purchased tires for both of my vehicles from this location. For best service, order your tires online. You will be notified when they are in stock and then set your appointment. Again, for best service, recommend you get a 10 a.m. appointment time. Like any service (including physician offices) the later in the day, the more likely they will be running behind because unforeseen issues with someone else's car. Out the door prices cannot be beat, and service is NOT what Costco is best known for, though I have not had any issues with tires, appliance delivery or in store assistance when needed.”

“My visits here are always quick and easy. I tend to come when I know that the store wont be super busy. I tend to visit when the store is near closing time or during lunch time during the week but always have the best results in the evening around 6/7pm. Weekends are always super crowded and packed. There have been occasions where I have called ahead of time to see if they had stuff in stock and they were able to help out and let me know if the item was in stock or if it was even sold in this location. I have always had a easy time visiting this location for whatever I may need to purchase and have always been happy with the customer service they provide.”
