To mitigate his stress, the day began with a gentle approach, including a courtesy visit to the vet, confirmation of the 10am appointment, and a weight check, followed by a break for breakfast. A walk on the High Bridge Trail provided additional relaxation before the appointment. Normally, Scrapy transforms into a grizzly bear or T-Rex at the vet, but this time, thanks to Dr. Kellum's empathetic approach and her team's ability to manage Scrappy's needs, the visit was a standout success. Scrapy even enjoyed socializing with the team afterward, marking a significant improvement from past visits.

When I selected gluten free bread, I was asked if it was a true allergy. Yes- had the line stood stlll- changed gloves, cleaned the slicer and the cutting board, different utensils, etc. Wow- and it was a busy night too. Service with a smile and an awesome attitude. We are so blessed to have them here in Farmville. Thank you!

70 Town and Country Trail, FarmvilleI can't say enough positive things about True Friends & Bill. The minute my daughter & I walked through the door we felt at peace with the decision we had made. Olivia (16-year-old pot belly pig) had passed away on Sunday 1/4/26. My daughter & I dropped Olivia off on Monday 1/5/26 & I picked her up today (1/7/26). The turnaround time was amazing. We have had several pets cremated from other places & never have we had a pet returned this fast. Normally its weeks. Thank you, Bill for the prompt, courteous customer care that my daughter & I received.
