“This dollar general is my favorite in the surrounding area by far. It's clean, stocked, and the employees are always so nice to me and my kids. They always greet you when you walk in an me if they are busy when someone goes to check out there's always an employee coming to check you out within minutes. This is definitely my go to stop when I'm in fishersville. Thank y'all for your hard work”

“I stopped by and was greeted with a friendly welcome. Fast service, good cheeseburger, and the hot dogs are really flavorful, like a kielbasa or something, they're delicious. Nicely done. Sodas were less expensive than at other stores, and the owners were there and so nice. I'll be back, and if you read this review, you should stop by and give them a try. Really nice, cozy shop, with delicious food, and the pickled eggs I bought tasted just like my grandma's recipe. Nice memories, cute country store, with a little bit of everything, along with a nice deli / diner. Really cool.”

“I wish this Food Lion was able to train other Food Lions how to run! Staff was personable, helpful and overall seemed to enjoy there jobs. Store was well stocked and very clean. Even the parking lot was maintained with shopping carts all being hauled inside and a gentleman sweeping up trash.”
“Was in the Waynesboro Food Lion 8/16/26 went to the checkout and was met with super friendly smiling young man named Noah, what a refreshing experience he truly loves his job and people, Noah definitely checked all the boxes when it comes to customer service, from greeting us to asking if we found everything we were looking for and thanking us and wishing us a great time as we told him we were visiting the area on vacation. Thank you Noah for positive attitude and attention and caring not just for us but I'm sure for everyone that comes through your line, you made our !day.🙂🙂🙂!!!”
“This is the best store in Staunton. They have the best prices in the whole valley for vapes and carts because the owner is not greedy like the rest of these business owners ! And while you’re in there you can get whatever food the family needs and even snack up on some hunts brothers pizza or wings. 10/10 store I could spend all day on the corner of this store and not get bored.”

“I absolutely LOVE ALDI!!! Everything that I have gotten there has been amazing. My top favorite is the bakery items. The seasonal little pumpkin cream cheese muffins are out of this world. I also got the best live money tree there for only 10$ . I totally recommend ALDI!!! Bring your own bag and quarter though.”

“Kroger on Arch Avenue has been a stable on the east side of the City of Waynesboro for many many years. Recently, it seems they have done subtle changes to the store and layout. There is a great amount of parking along with a small gas and convenience store in the parking lot. I do think they could use more employees on the the floor but there a couple employees that have been here for years and always available if you need help. Anytime, I'm on this side of town, I use this Krogers.”
“Really good chicken sandwich. Also like the chicken salad sandwich. Is currently decorated for the fall, looking very fancy. There is also a broad selection of other goods, ranging from drinks and snacks, to engine oil and flashlights. Fresh coffee every morning. Also live bait. A good place to go if you need to grab a hot drink or some lunch.
I may be slightly biased tho. :]”
“I've visited this place twice since I moved into college on Tuesday. Both times I had a very pleasant experience with the guy working behind the counter. The Bathrooms were exceptionally clean. My only complaint is they don't have any Pepsi products but I'll let that slide! Would recommend stopping in and grabbing something to drink or a snack to eat!”
“I was glad to see someone is keeping this place going. They have made many upgrades inside and there is a decent inventory for such a small space. I do like the old country stores still open and updateds can take away the old charm but on the other hand it is necessary for modern transactions etc. While I do love a old worn counter from before I was born I also appreciate the fact that it doesn't always work that way. This is a small but truly convenient store that is worth a stop. They are still getting the place fully functional it appears but no worries with transactions and the lady behind the counter was very pleasant. I was pleased at what they are doing by keeping this old service station which once had a single bay for automotive work and a couple gas pumps going still today. It has been several business over the years and of course some were better than others. I wish them the best in what they are doing and hope they are successful. I'll be back.”
“Don't ask questions. Get some chicken, get a breakfast sandwich. Everything is good. Everything. I've dreamed of this place and this food. My first visit I told the woman I might be back she said "oh you will." Reader, she was right. I went back every day for a whole week. A WEEK!!!! Best down home, hand battered, homemade food I've EVER had next to my grandma's cooking rest her soul. Those ladies are whipping up wonders in that kitchen.”

“Clean, produce fresh and clean, very friendly staff that talks to you instead of ignoring you. The stockers are always checking to see that you find everything you need. The store is well organized and always stocked. The cashiers are beyond the best at friendliness and they are very efficient. I love this place to shop better than any other store in Lexington!”

“They remind us of Harris Teeter/Wegmans. Nice clean store. Things are stocked well. Big parking lot & gas station. Their prices can run on the high side but they are quality items.
We like their ribs and baked chicken! Wow!!! We LOVE that they sell Fre! Not many stores do. We like that they have 3 different kinds to choose from.
The staff could be friendlier. Esp the ones who work behind the customer service desk.You go to get help and they give you this strange look vs. a nice warm greeting.
They have a machine that goes around like a robot security guard. We don't mind it, but don't like it when it gets in the way or stays down an aisle for a longer time. Or seems to hoover near you.
You can catch some deals at this store every now and again. We definitely recommend this store!”

“Very good varieties in this brand supermarket. My wife and I were looking for finger food plates already set for Mother's Day. We got what we needed and didn't have to go anywhere else. I am glad they stay open until late so we don't miss out on anything for lunch tomorrow.Clean supermarket, good quality, super organized and fresh produce. We always come back!!!”
