“I’m not sure if this is the right location- but one of your employees (she had on a U-HAUL shirt, so I’m assuming she works for U-HAUL) was at Navy Federal ATM tonight. I walked up to use the other ATM beside her & we spoke briefly- she made sure that her & her husband waited for me to finish depositing my money at the ATM & make it back into my car safety before they left. They don’t know how much that meant to me & I just want to say thank you to her and her husband. There is still good people in this world ??❤️”

Helped me confirm a reservation that wasn’t even made for their location - so while they wouldn’t benefit financially, you’d never know from the level of service I received. Lisa is an absolute saint and a treasure - as someone that's worked in the customer service industry for over three decades, Lisa is what we would call a ‘pro’. Great work all around by this property.”
“At this location they did not have One-way drop off . I sent $80 in gas to drive the trailer back to U-haul and to return back home. Not with it when you ok at the cost of gas to do this.”

“I was thrilled by my Uhaul experience here. Helpful and friendly...could not ask for more. Down home folk with nice assortment of animals to enjoy while they double checked everything, it made a tedious move more enjoyable...and while not the big rental place most people seem to prefer using, they had the basics and my business with them definitely left one with a "part of the family" feeling one appreciates more than appearances. Truck was good to go and they set up the car carrier just like the pro's they are. Thank you!”

“There really isn't anything I can think of for y'all to improve upon. Y'all already have all your vehicles using the same fuel, the van was practically new and ran like a dream, the employees at this location were sweet and understand customer service perfectly, and they were super helpful with not only checking the vehicle out for use, but also upon my return at the end of my contract. The only improvement that could be made would run y'all out of business, cause ya can't get much cheaper without paying your customers to use the vehicles. There really isn't anything I can think of to improve, just keep up the great work.
And for the record, I did research other options and all of them were more expensive with less freedom of use. Uhual, keep doing what y'all are doing.”
