“I recently purchased a Simplicity S67 Stick Vacuum. Upon meeting Charles who was very kind and knowledgeable about his products. He didn’t just try to sell me any vacuum. He inquired about my usage and needs. In addition to educating me, he provided a demonstration with the vacuum I eventually settled on. I also had him clean two of my older vacuums which he did a fantastic job. He was able to restore them to excellent working condition. I am very happy and pleased with the professional service I received and would definitely recommend Charles and Nova Vacuums. Charles, thank you very much!”
“It takes one employee to make a difference in any business. I went in to HD in Haymarket VA , confused about light bulbs that were specifically designed for a unique lighting fixture. Thinking I would leave more confused, I took a chance and asked a store employee if he knew what would work for my lighting project. Jaycen was so helpful and figured out exactly what I needed to get the job done. He explained the different types and variations depending on what type of ambiance I was trying to bring out of my light fixture . I was so happy with his service and advice .

“Appliance Magic was referred by my Home Warranty Company. My service with them was excellent and I had no issues. I was able to get my dryer working again, just by a simple reset and getting my dryer vent replaced. The gentleman that fixed my dryer gave me great tips, that will help me save money in the long run-which I greatly appreciated. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him and his company for any appliance issues.”
