I arrived at VA Tires and they said that they were too busy and can’t wait me in at my appointment time and to come back later. Frustrated as I was, I called around and found Mr. Tires and boy were they accommodating and went above and beyond to fit me in, even without an appointment! Mr. Tires is my new go to spot and should yours too!”

“I took my husband's car here last Saturday late afternoon and they worked us in without a problem. We got a ride home and authorized the work by phone with a plan to p/u the car before closing, which I believed was 7 pm. We got there by 630 pm and to our surprise the lights were out =/!! My son and I walked around the bay and found the guy who had helped us, Edward, who was about to drive away in his own car to go home after a long day. Pleading and waving our arms, he saw us running towards him, and without hesitation, he ran back with us to re-open the store, open our ticket, and take our payment. Thank G-d for Edward and people like him for helping us out so selflessly. I hope he gets promoted if he's not the manager yet.
