The online sales rep messed up our mobile sales order and added a extra phone line when we did not requested that when making changes and getting a replacement phone. Hau made the right call to help us cancel the line so we weren't being charge for 2 phone lines. After our amazing experience here we've decided we will come back to add a mobile phone line once i pay off my last devices. “This is my 1st review that I have ever done in my life. Yesterday, I had the experience of meeting 2 of your employees Kenneth and Christopher. It wasn't because I went into the store to purchase a phone but I did witness EXCEPTIONAL customer service. My son's tire blew out in the parking lot yesterday on his way home from school and these guys jumped into action. Now days you don't find strangers eager to help others but they did without any hesitation. It wasn't a simple job, I didn't even have everything that we needed. They even went as far as going to their vehicles, using their own tools, getting down on the dirty ground, and putting their own safety in jeopardy to help out complete strangers. When I tell you they were angels sent from God yesterday I definitely mean it. YOU ARE APPRECIATED KENNETH & CHRISTOPHER!!! Keep up the good work guys!!!”
