“Love this Kohl's. Exceptional customer service, and they have a large selection of clothing items. I often joke that Kohl's is like a mini mall since you can make one stop purchases such as clothes, shoes, bedding, kitchen, jewelry, etc. Keep up the great work!”
“This is by far thee best Lane Bryant experience to date! Since I've gained weight, I hate trying on clothes but the two woman made it a fun and pleasant experience. I found a dress for a family function, managed to get fitted for a new bra, and even some items that I didn't need but needed lol. I also purchased a bunch of underwear and the woman looked at me and knew what I size I needed for each style- they fit perfectly.
For me, I spent a hefty penny and regret none of it.
I hate that I cannot remember the two ladies names but I was in the store on Friday, March 6, 2026 and checked out at 11:05am.

“Bug, beautiful and clean store in the middle of a very empty strip mall. Great selection of clothes, outerwear, shoes, boots and other cool things. Clothes are vwry well made, albeit a bit pricey for some items. Overall, worth the drive from Annandale to Manassas.”

“I called the Gabe’s store in Manassas to ask about an item, since I live 45 minutes to an hour away and didn’t want to make the trip without knowing if it was in stock. Although they don’t have a live inventory system. Your associate Grace took my call and went above and beyond—she personally checked the floor, found a similar item, and even sent me a photo from her own phone so I could confirm whether that was the item.
I truly wasn’t expecting that level of care. She followed through exactly as she said she would, and her willingness to help made a big impression on me. This is the kind of customer service you don’t come across often anymore.
I hope her management recognizes her for going the extra mile. It did not go unnoticed, and I’m genuinely grateful.

“Hi! I just want to start off by saying, I typically never write reviews! However Miss Sumera Rizui was too kind for me not to! Miss Sumera helped me out even though it wasn’t her station! I had to get a Dior cologne for my Dad and she was extremely helpful and persuaded me to get the largest bottle considering only with $60 dollars more I could get double the cologne. It was a steal honestly! Unfortunately they ran out of men’s perfume samples, but she was still considerate to get me some female samples from her Lancôme booth. Which made my day! She was extremely professional, kind and fast on her feet. Overall I’d rate her customer service with a million points!✨✨ If you ever need female perfume I recommend asking for her ! Thank you❤️”

“I was very happy to walk in today and see new staff!!!! I never felt welcomed, they old staff didn't greet us, never did they ask if you needed help, not even said thank you. If you had to ask for assistance they acted as if I was bothering them. But TODAY the 2 young ladies were very pleasant & helpful, that can make all the difference in wether I shop a store or not.”

“I worked here for less than a year. Though I cannot speak personally for the behaviors of the workers as i no longer work there, I do request anyone reading- clean after yourselves. Shoes, clothing, dresses, anything. Be responsible of yourself and your family, and to anyone saying "it's your job to clean up after us, why should I do your job?", I say this- Bro. If I were to walk into your house for a party and tripped on your Jordan's or your fancy plates and said "sorry, I'm just a guest :3", what would you do?
I have seen clothes scattered all over the floors and fitting rooms. Whatever you bring in the fitting rooms, you must bring out on their hangers. If you're browsing for clothes, please put them back on the racks on their hangers. Don't leave them on the floor or on top of the clothing racks. Please keep an eye on your children in the toys section. Don't leave clothes in the fitting room- if they don't fit, bring them back outside and give it to the Attendant or return it to where it came from.
Make it easier for yourself to browse around the store and your fellow workers to work. Thanks.”

“Hey, this was a cool store. Lots of good stuff to shop around for and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They asked if we wanted any help without being pushy.
Parking lot is free and easy access in and out.
The shop is in a home, so don’t miss it by looking for a retail shop- this is better.
The selection of items is a good mix if you are looking for a nice gift or house warming item. We were impressed with the diversity of items. Recommended.”
