“Came in for the first time a couple days ago not knowing what Duluth was. Come to find out it's a great clothing store with a bunch of opinions I've never seen!! Especially in their underwear section haha!! I ended up getting a pair of their buck naked underwear. Raul was a great help. He told me which ones were the most comfortable because he himself is a buck naked user! I love how the workers also shop at the store! Makes me want to apply!!!!!!! I'll definitely be coming back to buy more clothes!! Hopefully i'll see Raul again because he definitely made my day so much better with how funny he was! Suzanne really helped me not only pair clothes for my family of 6 for a photo shoot, and she helped me pair some nice clothes together for myself too. Paired clothes that never would have thought to. “I love Rue 21. I had to add the business to review it, which I found odd, as it is in the Manassas Mall. Great prices and great clearance selections too! Cool shoes! Womens and mens clothing. It's a hip type of clothing. We hit the sales on Wednesday, 2 days before Black Friday and they had but a sweater, get one free! And they were nice sweaters! Wow. Usually, I visit the one in the Fashion Square Mall in Charlottesville, but glad to know this one is closer to me. Great store.”

“I liked the other reviewer that said the “best bang for your buck”, they were spot on :). It’s one of those stores that you never know what you might find.Their prices are the best. One example, I got a pair of velour Spyder joggers for $9.99. Crazy. Over the years, I’ve gotten some awesome items, at great prices, of course.They have name brand clothing, backpacks, luggage, shoes, etc. They seem to have almost everything but on a much smaller scale of a big box store.No matter what town I’m in, if there’s a Ross there, I check it out.I saw a bad review about the fitting rooms. Yeah, Ross could do better. How about leave the dressing rooms open at the front of store. I feel they shouldn’t be closed for cleaning during store hours, unless there was an accident or something. Having the dressing rooms open… I’m guessing lead to more sales :). But don’t feel it’s a reason to lower my star rating if there are issues with the dressing room, because I do love this store. Hoping they see the reviews and fix the issues. Customers want to try stuff on, it’s paramount when you want to buy clothes.All in all, I’m drawn to Ross and have to stop in when I’m in this shopping center.”

“I really like the layout of the store. Always clean and bright, clothes perfectly displayed, good music. But the service is lacking. I went again this evening - didn't get greeted by anyone at all and when I walked by a worker who was hanging clothes on the floor, I happily said “good evening!” And she looked at me and kept folding clothes- no smile no hey. I almost purchased a few things but left just b/c the entire visit was SO awkward.UPDATE: I recently visited this location to exchange a pair of pants that I bought at Tysons and the saleswomen were great-they helped me find what I was looking for and a few other good deals. They were about to close but they were patient and courteous. I’d like to visit again.”

“Five stars for their prices. They really are discounted. I didn’t buy anything the day I stopped by recently, since I was short on time that day and had to be somewhere else. I arrived right after they opened and the store was neat and tidy. This store is a further from my house, I have a Ross closer. Same as others, if I see a Ross I try to stop in no matter what the location.This store has a lot of shoes, it seems more than at other Ross stores. If you like a good bargain, I recommend checking out Ross. They have name brands and low prices.”
