“Filled up my tank and went inside for a drink and got a piece of fish and was amazed by the quality and price of the fried fish. I will stop by here again. Good job guys.”

“I just went to the store and it did not seem anything as the above few comments. The employees behind the counter were very friendly and they acknowledge me as soon as I walked in the store. The store was very clean compared to the ones I have been as well as it seemed organized and clutter free.”

“$3.45 for Premium today. Lines were about 5 deep, and there are only 2 pumps vs the 3 I've become accustomed to seeing. That said, I waited/filled up in under 10 minutes. I came here from I-95; about 8 minutes detour in both directions, and was ultimately worth the effort.”

“Dropped in for some gas and some snacks for our thanksgiving road trip. They offer a BIG selection of snacks inside and the owner was as nice as they come! We will be back the next time we are driving through!”

“This review is for the raise the roost attached to the 711. Yesterday my order got messed up and the chicken didn't make it into my bag. I didn't realize it until I got home, but I called the store and talked to someone at RTR. I talked to a man named Kalief who remembered me and confirmed that my chicken wasn't in the bag, checked my receipt and told me to come in the next day for the rest of my meal. There was no drama, he confirmed it and my order was replaced when I came back today.Despite that I was tired and hungry from a 13 hour shift, Kalief was empathetic and professional and I appreciate that so much. Promote that man. I will be back to order more.”

“The associate/cashier is always pleasant at the Valero on Mountain Rd. This evening, I was even more pleased than usual. I had gone to the Exxon on Brook Rd to play my lottery as I frequently do. The cashiers that are always at that location were both having trouble ringing up one of my lotto tickets. They had me fill out another ticket, but when they kept encountering issues, one of the cashiers rudely gave me my total and basically said he could not assist me. I end up at the Valero at Mountain Rd and I am now frustrated because at first the ticket is not working in that machine either. The associate, pleasant as always, is immediately able to tell me what's wrong with my ticket. The level of excellent customer I receive at this Valero location is truly appreciated!!!”

“I get my lottery tickets there. This store has had so many big lottery winners on their scratch off tickets. Not sure how this is pulled off or why their tickets win a lot. Puzzling....”

“This is a corporate Fleet filling station. There are no attendants. Typically every morning when I drive by I see a number of different company trucks in their fueling. Fairly large parking area for them to sit as needed or everything is maneuver their vehicles around. Fairly easy in and out access.”

“Exxon gas is the best I don't forget the Valdez but it's been a whole lot of other things happen since then.Exxon fuel is best. Shell runner up .Just don't get the Exxon fuel credit card. You end up paying more in interest and penalties and what not than you save.”

“If you have a dirty car, this place will make it less dirty. It says touchless, but I felt touched. Not in a late night creepy uncle kind of way, but my car was touched.”

“Just last month I discovered the coffee menu at WaWa, and I am impressed! WaWa offers such an easy ordering screen, allowing you to customize your choice of milk, or the addition of whipped cream or an additional espresso shot. Better yet, the nutrition information with the number of calories per drink is available for you right on the screen during ordering.I started my coffee adventure with a classic Pumpkin Spice Latte, Fall’s favorite beverage. I decided to go with 2% milk and to forego the whipped cream, which meant that my 12 oz PSL was only 160 calories! This latte knocked my socks off! It was prepared with care, the creamy froth blended with the espresso and sweet cinnamon and nutmeg so well. This was no vending machine coffee, I was able to enjoy the piercing sounds of the espresso machine while I waited for my latte.Of course I had to go back and try the Pumpkin Spice Mocha Latte - I couldn’t miss out on it! This latte teamed up rich chocolate, warm nutmeg, and sweet cinnamon with luxurious foamed milk. I suddenly felt like it was time to go set up a bonfire and grab a fleece blanket so I could properly enjoy this concoction. Unfortunately, I had to get back to work instead, but that didn’t stop me from adding some very appropriate mini marshmallows to speak for that fireside vibe I was feeling. Was it a little sweet? Yes! But that’s what Fall treats are for, indulging. As for my overall experience with this WaWa location, I’ve been a loyal customer for almost a decade. The employees at this WaWa have always been friendly and pleasant, and I’ve enjoyed all of them. I have ordered and enjoyed a good bit of food from them over the years, including lots of turkey and cheese subs, a chicken parmigiana sandwich, WaWa bakery donuts, brewed coffees, and other assorted soft drinks and snacks. My least favorite snack was the WaWa bakery chocolate cookie, though, mostly because it was a soft-baked cookie and I prefer a crispier one. Pumping gas has always been fast and easy, even though I’ve had to run in to pay before because the pump wasn’t reading my card properly. There’s a setup to pump air into your tires, which I believe costs fifty cents or perhaps a dollar now, but it’s fast and efficient. The lighting in the entire parking lot has always been reliable and sufficient, and the bathrooms have been well kept. This WaWa is my preference over the other convenience stores/gas stations along this area of Brook Road.Parking: It's busy but I never have to wait unless it's right at rush hour, and even then it's not an issue for me.”

“This place is an absolute gem! The staff are pleasant and personable. It’s in a “convenient” location but that’s not where it ends. I am able to get everything I need including some ice cold beer on the weekend.I am new to the greater Richmond area and have been to the Wawa’s and 7-Eleven’s which are on every block, understaffed, jammed with people and oh yeah the floors are always sticky, gross! Miller’s and the team at this location take pride in their facility and most of all their customers! It's Miller Time!!”
