“Costco gas is consistently less expensive, especially for 93 octane. Over time I have found 87 to be .10 - .20 less than traditional gas stations, and .25 - .50 less for 93. The pumps themselves work well and a tap of your Costco credit card gets you an additional 4% back.Having said that, the 4% back is available at all gas stations and there can be lines here during busy hours, especially weekends. If a 15 gallon fill-up of 87 saves only $1.50, but someone spends 10 minutes waiting for a pump to open, is the time lost worth the relatively small discount? That varies for everyone. If your time is limited and you cannot pump outside of the busiest times, it’s not actually a value. For me, I can time my visits so Costco gets the lion share of my gas dollar, and I prefer supporting Costco anyway.”

“I have been going to this gas station since it was Esso back in 1968!!! now it is the BP gas station convenience store. The store is always immaculately clean and spotless. The bathrooms are always well kept and very clean. Gas prices are always competitive. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Especially to the locals in the neighborhood. All in all this is a great location and a great neighborhood convenience store.”

“I had a weird (!) light for my tire pressure come on slightly after an oil change and tire rotation from a different car shop location (a competitor) . I was on my way from RVA to Indy and too long of a trip to ignore an issue (the original shop was too far away) Cabin Creek owner brought my car into the bay, checked all my tires (ok no issue). Scratching his head, thought, maybe the spare? Unpacked my car (I had a truck full of luggage, fresh flowers and stuff, etc) sure enough, the spare was low. The car was sensing THAT tire. Repacked it, flowers and all.These are they type of people who run this shop.They will take the time to figure it out, even though they didn't do my original job. I feel they have my future business. Such nice people, small shop, big service. I happily drove away. No issue down the long road to Indy.”

“Gas near exit 81 in Richmond VA. The best coffee, snacks, and the wawa lemonade is $1.29. The sandwich team is the best if you want your made-to-order food, with a special request. You can use your phone to pay. They will card you for 21+ products though, even if your hair is gray..”
“No complaints, easy in and out and the price was standard for the area. My visit consisted of fuel only. The pump area was clean, trash was within its boundaries and no issues processing my card. The lot is large and easy to maneuver. The building and pump area is attractive for a gas station. Better than average fuel experience so a 3.5 rounding up.”

“I went to this location for gas. I paid for my gas inside but got to the pump and it was frozen and wasn't allowing me to select grade. I went back in and was speaking to cashier Sam to figure out what happened. She was polite and had to redo my transaction. However it was another employee that was standing there name Tim that was very friendly, offered to help exhibiting great customer service. Great customer service make a difference....Tim did just that, by offering to help and he went the extra mile an pumped my gas to change my experience. I was no longer irritated that the gas pump didn't properly work the 1st time. Way to Go Sam and Tim at this Pitstop location!¡!!!”
