“My experience started a bit rough because I waited almost 45 minutes past my appointment time. However, once my car was taken in, the work was done efficiently. They replaced a leaking radiator hose and topped up coolant. The mechanic even ran the engine for a while to ensure there were no further leaks. It’s been a week and no overheating issues so far. I just wish scheduling was a bit tighter.”

“I got 2 hot dogs at about 4pm on a Sunday. Whoever was in the kitchen did a bang-up job. They care about their work and whipped up what I ordered professionally. The hot dogs were great, everything went well ????. This is the newer Sheetz location. Much recommended.”

“Love this gas station/convenience store. They have breakfast sandwiches that are great and don't break the bank. The other food is great too. They also have pastries, cold and hot brew coffee.
The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Can't beat their gas prices either. Download the app and wrack up some points for $ of gas or other things.

“The 60Mart CITGO has satisfactory customer service. The big reason that I have given it five stars is because they consistently have some of the lowest prices on regular in the Richmond Metro. If I happen to take a road trip up from Hampton Roads that involves Richmond and I-95, I always try to make sure that I stop and see the friendly folks here. It's in my list of places”

“The service at Village Exxon is fantastic!! My oil changes and inspections have all been done here for the last few years - they always take great care of my car. The staff here is so friendly too! I had a major problem, accompanied by a horrendous sound, that I initially thought would force me to get a new car. Jay and a member of his team, Moe, were both determined to figure out the issue and would not give up until they found the root cause of the problem. Not only did they fix it, my old 2011 sounds wonderful and drives better than it has in YEARS! I trust this shop and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Because of my high satisfaction over the years, my parents now get their car serviced here as well. I highly recommend Village Exxon if you’re looking for a team that cares for their customers, your vehicles, and your bank account too!!! Very reasonable!”

“I went to this location for gas. I paid for my gas inside but got to the pump and it was frozen and wasn't allowing me to select grade. I went back in and was speaking to cashier Sam to figure out what happened. She was polite and had to redo my transaction. However it was another employee that was standing there name Tim that was very friendly, offered to help exhibiting great customer service. Great customer service make a difference....Tim did just that, by offering to help and he went the extra mile an pumped my gas to change my experience. I was no longer irritated that the gas pump didn't properly work the 1st time. Way to Go Sam and Tim at this Pitstop location!¡!!!”
“Car Wash not in service. Have had a pump not take my membership card (twice at same pump). Gas prices are less than other nearby stations but more expensive than several nearby (independent, not the Exxon, Mobil, Shell, big corporate stations).Layout of access to these gas pumps must have been an afterthought. Entrance shares with grocery store and the main Sam's store which is very congested during rush hour and also when gas prices skyrocket.It's very annoying if you are in a hurry because you must enter your membership card, then the payment card, which can take a while to process. You are asked if you want the car wash too. Select type of fuel. Pump fuel. When you put the nozzle back you must wait for the prompt to print receipt. Meanwhile, the line of customers behind you grows and you look like you are just standing around. After you get your receipt you can leave.Tip: go when lines are short?You can also use your phone to pay. I haven't tried this feature yet...but I plan to!”

Many of the reviews are pretty old, 4+ years old. This location was great. No issues with using my credit card. Prices were fair. It is right off the highway.
