Of course there are many Lowe’s that you can go to, but this location in particular always has what I’m looking for in stock and it’s my favorite location to go to.”

I’ve been visiting the ReStore at Chesterfield Towne Center consistently for the past few weeks, and every single time, I’ve been warmly greeted by Michael. Whether it's a cheerful “Where have you been?” or “I haven’t seen you in a while,” his friendly and familiar energy makes walking through those doors such a joy. Even when I was just there the week before, he still made me feel like a valued guest.
Michael creates such a positive and inviting atmosphere—it truly transforms the shopping experience. As a realtor, I often look for creative giveaway items, and during one visit, I spotted some beautiful bottles that would be perfect. When I mentioned this to Michael, he didn’t hesitate. He said, “We’ve got a few more in the back,” and came out with not just a few, but eight boxes! When I asked if there were more, he smiled and said, “I got you,” and came back with the rest. Thanks to him, I was able to purchase them all—and left with a cart full of treasures and a heart full of gratitude.
Michael also remembered that I love gardening (how sweet) and kindly reminded me that the potato slips had arrived. I was so excited I practically ran to get them! His thoughtfulness and attentiveness go above and beyond.
I honestly don’t know what I’d do if Michael wasn’t at the ReStore. He is the heart of that location—kind, gracious, and always ready to help. He makes every visit worthwhile, and his presence is a true gift to the community. Thank you, Michael, for always going the extra mile (just for me :) I know for everyone who enters the store!”
“We were looking for an obscure light bulb. Dan The Man went out of his way to help us. He looked at other HD stock. We called Short Pump but although they indicated 12 in stock, none could be found. He then found stock across the river. We went there and purchased 3 packages! He went above and beyond.”
“When I first started shopping at this store I did not have a good impression. Customer service was lacking. I made sure when I shopped I knew what I wanted got it and left. Didn’t ask any questions . Sometimes I needed to return items but would not because of the customer service. But lately it seems to be changing. The floor associates are helpful, they ask if you need help and they take their time with you. I want to give a shout out to Robert in plumbing!!! I have been in the store on two occasions and he has been more than helpful and very friendly.”
“Had items in stock. Wanted a specific storm door , two other Lowes stores said they had it in stock that were close to house , it ended up that was wrong. Had to travel about a hour to get door but it was worth it . Got there first thing Friday morning and the associates at the returns counter ended up locating the door in the back and brought it up front . They were very nice and polite for being 6:30 am . Sometimes you dont get that at places but they were great .”
