“Anan in bike department was very knowledgeable about all the bikes, answered all my questions, helped me get the right size bike for my son's Birthday, he even checked it over, lubed and adjusted everything before I purchased. 100% beats the poorly put together bikes at Walmart. Never considered Dicks sporting goods when buying a bike but I highly recommend. Thanks Anan!”

“I recently visited this store looking for running shoes that fit my specific needs, but unfortunately, it wasn’t the helpful experience I hoped for—giving it a 4/5 overall. The staff seemed busy or uninterested right from the start; when I asked for assistance, I was simply told to browse on my own, which made it tough to navigate the options without guidance on styles or sizes.
I did insist on trying the 3D foot scan you promote as a feature, and while the tech worked fine, the follow-up was disappointing—the associate just noted that you don’t stock my size and suggested checking online, without offering any alternatives like special orders or nearby store referrals.
On the positive side, the store layout is clean and the selection looks varied for standard sizes.”
