“At The Place, turnkey truly means turnkey. Everything is done seamlessly. The Hermitage H.S. Class of 1965 held its 60th reunion at The Place on October 11, 2025. The Ballroom was the perfect size and setup. The food on the buffet was magnificent, both in preparation and nutritional suitability for us “old folks”. The staff and management were anticipatory, completely helpful, and accommodating. The overall pricing was reasonable for what we received. We knew The Place was a hit when the Reunion Committee received a flood of praises and NO complaints. Everyone felt as comfortable as in their own homes. Several classmates said this was our best reunion ever and the majority of the work was done for us. FIVE STARS!”

“The Virginia Cliffe Inn is an absolute gem!! The home and garden have so much beauty, charm, and character and the staff were all so kind and helpful.
My (now) husband and I had our wedding here a few weeks ago and from the second we stepped on the property we knew this was the place for us. When we toured the venue, we fell in love with the Inn and its backyard garden with the beautiful fountain, flowers everywhere, and enchanting pond with swans!!
Amanda was our main point of contact for the VCI and she was so helpful every step of the way. She gave us a wonderful tour with all of the details of the Inn and venue, she answered all of my emails and calls that came up during the wedding process, and was a point of contact on day of.
The night of our wedding we stayed in one of the rooms at the inn and it was the perfect spot to relax after our big day. Check-in was seamless and our room was wonderful with charm and character but updated bathroom amenities and features.
The breakfast the next morning was also to die for! Every option (and there were TONS to pick through) was absolutely fresh, delicious, and presented beautifully.
My husband and I will absolutely be back to stay at the Inn and be surrounded by that warmth and love again. Thank you, Virginia Cliffe Inn!”

Because of an ice storm the staff had been there for several days as they were unable to get home and if they could would not be able to get back. We stayed there 20 years ago love the place and the setting. Again the staff was outstanding.”
