“Beautiful old building that is now part of Cultural Arts Center. Attended a ballroom dance party there with Rigby's Jig studio, now located at the Center. Great hardwood floors. Nice atmosphere. Good DJ!”

“Wow! This place was a magnificent gem. Service was outstanding and check in was a breeze. The rooms are very well appointed, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I chose to be on the 5th floor so seeing the rolling ground of the golf course and the pond just made it extra cozy on a foggy winter morning.Their breakfast buffet style at the Glenn restaurant is so tasty. The wait staff there is so attentive.Overall, great experience. This place is close enough if you want to get to downtown Richmond, but far enough away that you don't have to deal with lack of parking and filth of being in a city. There is a shopping center nearby for a quick run for late-night snacks or early morning coffee run. Come stay here when in Richmond!”

“I rented 2 rooms as I was traveling with my family for one night. The rooms were nice but neither hvac unit worked. I set the Temps but they never turned on. I checked on my kids n the am. The room was 75 not the 71 I set the t Stat for which was still set at 71.The soap dispenser n my shower was broken and the shampoo was empty. Guess what my kids shower had no shampoo or conditioner. Both showers were nasty like they haven't been cleaned n weeks. The towels were ragged and torn. I won't b staying n candlewood anymore”
