“Jessica Waller's customer service was amazing today! I stopped by to extend my elderly mother's storage unit rental for a few more months. Jessica waited for my arrival even though her lunch hour was to begin 5 minutes after I arrived. Then she worked to get the best deal for my mom. She was able to apply a "fall deal" to her rental agreement and saved my mom $$ on her monthly rent. With my widowed mom being on a fixed income, this savings is huge! Add kindness, patience and a GREAT personality, and you've got a winner in this young lady.”

They handled the furniture with care and were considerate of the new paint and carpet at the destination. Don, Ron and Jeff were each hard working and thoughtful. She invited me to come look at the storage ahead of time to gauge how i would place the furniture.
