They answered our questions and I felt certain they had looked under it and found the noises I had not even told them about. VERY GOOD SERVICE. Will definitely be back for my auto repair needs. “Great stock and great prices! This location is always well stocked! I've also consistently have had great interactions with employees and staff! I was in awe of customer service. My only fault is how insanely packed this location always is and how long it takes to get out o the parking lot for this exact reason. I don't think it's popularity and heavy traffic is any fault to the great experience inside of the store, so I still give it 5 stars!”

“My right rear tire decided to get a nice leak. Luckily I was near my neighborhood Firestone, where I purchased my tires and do my regular maintenance with. Thankful to Michael, who stayed after they closed, with the heatwave his techs went home, understandable. But he stayed helped me and left my old tire at the shop to get it repaired in the AM. Unfortunately tire was unrepairable, but with their warranty It didn’t cost me an arm or a leg. I was on time to leave for a very important trip.”

“The first come first served system for state inspections is great as long as you can show up early. Although it took a couple of hours, the process was simple and the inspector was polite. He let customers in line that would likely not get seen before closing know so they wouldn’t have to wait for no reason. I also got an oil change which was simple and quick. Prices for the oil change seemed fair, even with name brand oil it was under $100 and the technician put air my tires and also checked the air filter and other fluids, topping of my power steering free of charge.”

Olivia was courteous from the first call. I was trying to reach the Hampton location where I had the last service, but because Olivia was pleasant I decided to just make the appt at the Denbigh store.
Jason who checked me in was also professional and extremely helpful. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, he even went and brought my vehicle from the far back area and parked it right near the front door IN THE RAIN - just so I would get wet!!!
Tina checked me out, and was as sweet as can be. I arrived a little after 7pm (Lyft was delayed and there was some traffic), but she was calm and courteous the entire interaction, as she explained the invoice and Firestone oil change coupon request process for the other half of the discount.
This location is further away than the store in Hampton I intended to go to (and in opposite direction from my way home!), but I'll definitely choose to go here again in the future when I need service for my vehicle during the work week because of OLIVIA, JASON, and TINA.

“I live in Richmond and was driving to Norfolk to take my three year old son to his first hockey game. We had big plans to explore Hampton Roads, but I blew out my tire (THIRD time THIS YEAR) right outside of Newport News. After putting the donut on my car, I called these guys hoping they would be able to squeeze me in last minute. They were able to accommodate and see me immediately after I arrives. I’m giving a massive shout out to Chaimone who was working the front desk and was super communicative and accommodating the whole time, even going above and beyond by driving and picking up the right size tire when they realized they didn’t have one (I didn’t realize my front and back tires were different sizes).
While we had to put off our big plans of exploring, we were still able to make it to the hockey game on time and had a great time. Our day could have easily been a bust, but because of the work from Tire Choice, and especially Chaimone, we had a wonderful and memorable day”

All the locals (and some folks outside the County) know that Bobby and Bobby's Auto Service Center can and will get whatever you're driving back on the road, attended to properly. They don't use cheap crappy parts either.
11/5/2025 Update:
Had a nasty exhaust/gasoline smell inside my SUV. Had to ride with the windows down.
Easily made an appointment with Bobby's to have it checked out. Upon arrival, Bobby was available and jump right on it. Two other techs came by and asked the Boss (Bobby) what he had found. For a short time, had three guys coming up with the same technical diagnosis. I'm looking forward to better service than a dealership. They put me on the schedule for ASAP, as I needed my vehicle and was breathing poisonous fumes.
Chris ordered my high quality replacement parts, had the parts in shop and on the shelf in less than 2.5 hours. Looking forward to driving a safe and happy vehicle again. It's very comfortable and reassuring to have a dependable, reliable and honest Automotive Service Center when you need them as a go to! ? ?”
