The guys working here are honest and hard working, even in the heat they took care of my Lexus IS350 in under 45 minutes out the door.
I called them in a bind after another “big popular” shop was afraid to install new tires I provided due to a mild stretch on 19s.
Larry was extremely professional and down to earth at the same time. Easy to talk to and I know he shares the same JDM passion we all know from old skool japan.
I will never go to another tire shop, if he’s open then I’m a customer for life.”
“I had my car's inspection done yesterday, easy to schedule it same week. Connor was very knowledgeable and gave me really good information to keep my car in good shape at the end of the inspection I heard a noise that wasn't happening before on my A/C vents, he promptly put my car back in the shop and 5 minutes later was done it was a minor issue. I highly recommend this place good vibes here guys.”

“Excellent customer service. Came for a flat repair at around 2:30pm. I was the only one. I already had the tire off, so I just rolled it straight into the garage. Told me they could repair and it would be just a patch repair. Quoted me $30 for repair. Turned out to be just a broken valve stem. $15 bucks! Score! Took them 5 minutes and put it back on my truck bed before I they even swiped my credit card. Definitely recommend!”

“Saved the day! After calling around finally was told these are the heros. I noticed a flat on my Cascadia during PT after leaving PF 20 min away. Lauren is very kind n offered road service but i was empty and can make it. I disconnected trailer out front n Joseph guided me into tire land (they have every truck tire you can think of).Joseph is a Marine and was knowledgeaable even offered repair options. James had just finished another job and came over to help. Closing out was also smooth. Patricia let me know they had new and used tires with alot of options and to remember them if i ever need tires whether on the road or at the shop.

“My right rear tire decided to get a nice leak. Luckily I was near my neighborhood Firestone, where I purchased my tires and do my regular maintenance with. Thankful to Michael, who stayed after they closed, with the heatwave his techs went home, understandable. But he stayed helped me and left my old tire at the shop to get it repaired in the AM. Unfortunately tire was unrepairable, but with their warranty It didn’t cost me an arm or a leg. I was on time to leave for a very important trip.”
“Great stock and great prices! This location is always well stocked! I've also consistently have had great interactions with employees and staff! I was in awe of customer service. My only fault is how insanely packed this location always is and how long it takes to get out o the parking lot for this exact reason. I don't think it's popularity and heavy traffic is any fault to the great experience inside of the store, so I still give it 5 stars!”

“Brian and Rico are the best. They replaced my wife’s catalytic converter for 2471.43% less then what the dealership wanted to charge me. The dealership wanted to charge me $3600 for parts and labor. I bought the parts myself from rock auto for including the exhaust manifold catalytic converter and the 2 o2 sensors for $515. NAPA only charged me labor to install them. With installation and state inspection the total was only $190. Thanks goodness for them.”
