“I tried to get Boone Tractor service to call me back concerning picking up my tractor for repair. Nothing. Called several times for a week and a half but more excuses and got the run-around each time - no call back. Very concerning.
UPDATE: As requested, I contacted Boone Tractor. Manager Mike genuinely heard my issue and offered to correct it and he did. I was impressed with the professionalism and willingness to make it right. Thank you Mike!”

“Went to AID Tire to get a tire patched. They were quick and professional about getting the tire on. We I returned, I had requested that they also mount the tire, but sadly I could not wait. I came back early the next morning and they were able to put the tire back on for me quickly.
