It was refreshing for a 66 yr old Granny. I didn’t mind paying for the service I received because I felt like they knew what they were doing. They gave me options and in the end, my truck was fixed and I’m on my way! The gentleman who helped me was named Bryson and he was exceptional. I love the online appointment and online pay. I found a nice coupon online and am a rewards member now! I know this sounds over the top but it was over the top- literally.”

For starters, I was already having a bad day. I came in with no appointment for a state inspection, and they were kind enough to say they could work me in. After I checked in, I went back outside and looked at my car. I saw “27” and thought, “Oh, it’s not due until next year.” So I went back inside, got my keys, and left.
About 5-10 minutes down the road, I realized I had been looking at the tags instead of the inspection sticker expiration date 🤦♀ I called back, explained my mistake, and asked if there was any way they could still fit me in. The lady on the phone was SO nice about it, and they still made room for me!
They could have easily been annoyed with my confusion, but instead they were polite, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Thank you again! 🌷

“I would give a higher number if it was able, I want to invite any one who needs parts or help. I would like to thank the lady on the left behind the counter and Chris Acosta, I went in needing a tail light for my F150 that I recently got on 6-22 the next day I went back with a problem ,he came out to my truck and helped. I went back on 7-1 to purchase two head light units later I began to second guess what I needed so again Chris Ascosta was going to switch what got for LEDs he made the change then went went out to make sure that I had what I needed, we looked under the hood took a picture and found out that he HAD sold me the right one’s, So we went back in and changed it back to the start. So by now most people would have been angry , but Chris and Fisher was AWESOME I never felt like I was stupid , I was treated with the highest of respect.I will always go there and I am telling every one that I know. YOU DO NOT FIND THIS CALABER OF HELP ANYWHERE . Just don’t take my word go see I am 74 Thank you Hyland Great Place.”
“I tried to get Boone Tractor service to call me back concerning picking up my tractor for repair. Nothing. Called several times for a week and a half but more excuses and got the run-around each time - no call back. Very concerning.
UPDATE: As requested, I contacted Boone Tractor. Manager Mike genuinely heard my issue and offered to correct it and he did. I was impressed with the professionalism and willingness to make it right. Thank you Mike!”

“I contacted Lou's on a whim needing service on my 2014 Chevy truck and a 2020 VW Tiguan as we are preparing to move to AL. Lou and the team took my VW in early and had brakes and rotors changed and ready to go in less than 2 days. They also fixed an engine issue with stalling. I took my truck in after the VW was done and they did the same. Massive amounts of work done in 5 days! The honesty and friendliness of this team are impeccable. If/when my family and I move back to the area we will always go here from now on. My only regret is that I didnt know about Lou's sooner.”
