The location is a wonderful small town location with a much nicer feel than the corporate cookie cutter UPS store. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly and the owner always greets the customer with a smile and a friendly hello. She provides super helpful top notch service for amazon returns and multiple job no matter how small or large. He is the go to guy for computer help and provides positive help and top notch help. The service is same 5 star and absolutely greatest.

The staff here is incredible. I moved out of Great Falls and drive 30 minutes to support this business. They go over and above to serve you. Friendly, welcoming and they do an incredible job every single time. Love this business.

Len, has the greatest customer service. She always greets you as you enter with a smile and a friendly hello. She's super helpful as well. I've dropped off amazon returns here multiple times and I get the same 5 star service every time. Thanks Len!
