“Giving my same review from the market:I've heard a bit about the fried chicken here and since I was driving through, we stopped for lunch. I'll explain my 4-star a bit. For a gas station without much around, it was a good meal at a reasonable price. I went with the 3-piece dinner, which gets you a thigh, wing, drumstick, and two sides. There were a few options and I went with scalloped potatoes and onion rings... Oh, and a dinner roll. For $9.99 it felt pretty reasonable. Chicken and sides were warm. Chicken was crispy, good seasoning, but not complex flavor. Onion rings are real onion rings (not minced) and batter fried. Scalloped potatoes were better than expected and they were a decent portion.In the end, it was good fried chicken from a gas station, though I don't think I'd go out of the way for it. Driving past at meal time and it's a reasonable option that won't break the bank.”

“I’m very disappointed in UberEats, you had the workers in 7Eleven early this morning , having to waste food over 3 times, because y’all were to lazy, to send a delivery driver to pick up my food I ordered, I had things I had to do, figured I would manage my time and order some food, little did I know, I made a mistake, I don’t eat out often and normally UberEats is usally very considerate, their staff regardless of the tip, is always kind and excellent to going to pick up the order, they seem to forget a tip is a privilege and is earned, it’s not a expectation, I understand these delivery drivers, have families and need to keep, food and roof over their heads, but guess what most of the people ordering out, are also struggling to make ends meet in this economy, their being considerate, to use you’re services to help support your income, so please be kind and considerate of that, does workers in 7-Eleven, didn’t deserve to have waste food or have any of their customers waiting, for them to have to make food, 3 different times, it’s cost money for them to have the food shipped to there store and if food goes to waste, goes what they lose profit, which means the workers, lose money, that they may need, for their bills, food and other things they need for themselves, I’m very sorry to the workers at 7-Eleven, if i would have known this was going to be a issue, with ubereats, I would have just walked over there myself and got it, they better be thankful I was kind enough to give them a tip and use their services, because I don’t have to support any of their delivery drivers, by using their app to order out, that’s a privilege, I don’t owe them anything, if I’m kind enough to give you a tip, they better be thankful for it, because I don’t have to give them a tip, this has put a bad taste in my mouth, and I’m considering cancel my membership with UberEats.”
“Came for the food with the bonus of filling the gas tank. I got this cookbook, Turkey and the Wolf, this place was mentioned by name. The author describes living in Virginia and the gas station food culture, fried chicken was the star at this place. I had to try it. My husband and I were on a 16 day Eastern National Park tour and spending 3 days on the southern end of Shenandoah NP. The end of Sky Line Drive almost dumps you out here. Fried Chicken 8/10: FRESH, seasoned, juicy, crispy. A very tasty straightforward chicken. Macaroni Salad 8/10: Sauced just right, big ol chunks of fresh peppers and cucumbers, simple and light. Potato Salad 8/10: Perfectly cooked potatoes, light simple dressing, needed a touch of salt and pepper but that’s just my preference. Worth the stop!”

“Muy uncle Dave Mayo used to own and run this store until he sold it to the present owners. The couple who own it now isn't like some of the foreigners that own stores around here. They are always very friendly and always greet you when you come into there store. Some people didn't like it that from the section of the world they come from. Hey they are Americans that are living there life and maybe there dream.”
“Added comment at the end...In this world of imperfect human's, its refreshing to know that people still listen and care what you think. Great management team and caring customer service..............................I went in this store to handle a money issue. Unknown to me I gave the man an extra $50 bill. He asked me a couple times what amount I was doing. I told him. He then in front of me, counted out the money and gave me $50 back. I would have never known, but his honesty is a warm welcomed change in this sometimes cold world we live in. Thanks”

“CVS at the West Broad location is a very nice store and pharmacy. They offered a wide variety of products from self care, home, and personal needs. I frequent the pharmacy a lot at this location and everyone has always been very friendly and offers knowledgeable helpful service - even when they are slammed with customers. As reminder to old and new customers, the pharmacy itself does close between 1:30-2:00pm everyday for lunch. There is plenty of parking at the front and side of the store. The West Broad location also offers drive through service. Please for effective and fast service for everyone have your barcode and method of payment ready, especially if there is a long line of people waiting, it’s just a nice courtesy and gets you through quicker as well.”

“The staff here are always helpful and kind enough to greet ya even at 6:30AM. I appreciate the business they offer but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE clean you're oven or whatever you use to heat up your pizza. The slice I ate this morning was so smokey it gave me awful smoke burps and a taste in my mouth for the rest of the morning and day. I know it's gas station pizza but tell your boss to get in there and give it a good scrub.”
