I spoke with Russell about purchasing a particular car, and he very quickly had it reserved and waiting for me. No worries about being it sold out from underneath me. Honest about the condition, I asked straight questions and got straight answers that matched up with what I saw.
Low dealership fee as well. I had to travel a considerable distance to get here, and even spending well over $100 on the transit, I could go there and back again and still be cheaper than other dealerships.
I’ve had the car for ~1 month as of writing this, and it’s been running like a dream. No major issues, and nothing unexpected from the profile and the particular car I got.
Processing was very quick, my own insurance was the slowest part, but Russell had the tags on my vehicle and ready to go basically as soon as I signed the paperwork.
