I do know a lot of work is being put into the renovations so I think the next tenant will be happy with the results.Maintenance and management respond quickly to questions and concerns. The complex is quiet and pet friendly. If I ever needed to come back, I definitely would.”

“I've enjoyed living in Monticello for a while!
I started with simply living in ppv for a while here before moving on, but when I could afford to stay in better lodgings, Monticello was the first thought on my mind.
When I was doing the check in, the staff were completely wonderful, willing to stay after hours to accommodate my schedule. Lisa, Na'Lyssah, and Mariya in particular were extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming. I'm happy to have felt so welcomed.”
