“I won't review the apartment itself as it's going to be renovated once I move out so it wouldn't be relevant. I do know a lot of work is being put into the renovations so I think the next tenant will be happy with the results.Maintenance and management respond quickly to questions and concerns. The complex is quiet and pet friendly. If I ever needed to come back, I definitely would.”

“I have lived here for about a year and honestly this is the best apartment I have ever lived in. The leasing office is attentive and Daniella who helped me move in was so nice and helpful that it made me so excited to live here. When I first moved in I had some issues with plumbing but maintenance was always here within 24 hrs fixing the issue trying every possible solution to fix the issue. If you have the chance to live here take it!”

“I've lived here since June 2019 & the staff that are here now are by far the BEST of all that I've seen come & go. The office Mgr Lisa goes above & beyond what's expected and so does the Maintenance staff Tim & Keith. When I noticed a leak in the water heater Maintenance took care of it right away & replaced with a new one. Last week our heat went out about 9pm & to my surprise Lisa was knocking on the door with 2 electric heaters after she saw my email while working late in the office. The next morning Keith & Tim had my heat up & running before I even got out of bed because the furnace area is located out on the patio. Lisa is the first hands on Rental Ofc Mgr I've ever seen that doesn't hesitate to roll up her sleeves & sacrifices her personal off time to make sure tenants are helped & Tim and Keith do the exact same as the most prompt and efficient maintenance guys getting things done. I can only hope that they all receive the the wages they deserve but I myself take pleasure in giving them giftcards of appreciation enough for lunch now & then. Not once have I ever submitted a maintenance request & they didn't show up in no time, but that was not the case prior to them working here & without fail I make sure I let all 3 of them know my appreciation. They are true professionals. Thanks so much CC crew & I hope y'all don't leave!!! ???”
