“This store was great.
I was having technical problems with my phone. My husband and I went in and Brigit was very fast, efficient and friendly. Problem fixed....when we got home my phone lost network connection again, so back we went to the store. The manager did a few quick resets and explained if that doesn't work call 611 and option 3 for tech support....sure enough we got home same problem. After talking to tech support it was the phone. I'm sure you see where this is going....we went back to the store for a 3rd time this time Zoe helped us and we left my new phone.

“Shae was awesome. Went in to trade some random games and came out feeling confident in myself. He has a very uplifting and caring spirit. The way he explained his Switch 2 launch night plans was incredible. He has integrity for his work place and takes it seriously, and still manages to keep everything fun.
Gamestop, look to this guy to give a raise or a promotion! As a former manager myself of a fast food restaurant, I can say this is the type of person I would want as an employee and manager.

“Every time I go to this store….EVERY employee I’ve cane in contact with is nice and respectful. I do notice a nasty smell upon entering the store and hopefully this awful smell will go away but usually the store is stocked and I love when the employee by the name of MICHAEL is working. He always has a smile on his face. Great job and keep up the great work. Not many ppl give props to these stores so I would like to say, I appreciate all of the employees working at the 7 eleven at 200 N Mallory, Hampton, VA. I know it’s not an easy job p. “I have never had such amazing customer service! Christian was absolutely the best. I went in needing to return 2 routers of the 4 I ordered. When I arrived, there was a situation with a roof leak in which the ceiling tiles fell while we were there. The sales/service reps were trying to tend to customers and handle the situation. In spite of the challenges, Christian helped me combat the service representative who was relentless with his rebuttals for me to make the return. Not to mention I had my 4 year old with me for this lengthy visit, in which she assisted in keeping him entertained/preoccupied all while completing the transaction. She also helped other guests during my waiting periods to minimize their delay. She was personable, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and had a sense of empathy that is unmatched. I’ve been a customer for 6 years and this is the first time since acquiring my account that I’ve had to visit a store. While this was not the best experience overall (the other customers, the T Mobile CSR, having a child with me, the length of the visit), Christian’s willingness to provide stellar customer service will ensure my loyalty to T-Mobile. Thank you again.”

Javons customer service was excellent, he answered every question we had, and helped us save as much as we could with all crickets bundle deals!
