“Lee Haggins absolutely saved the day today. I came in with a phone broken beyond repair and completely inaccessible. We were 4 hours away from home and stressed like you wouldn’t believe. Lee was patient and helped us every step of the way. I thought I was going to have to get a new phone number (which would have been devastating), Lee took the time to help us try every single avenue and we were able to save my old number. Lee was an absolute legend and the most helpful customer service interaction I have ever had.
P.S. being so far from home, Lee gave us excellent food recommendations. Now we get to carry on with our vacation with phone in hand and yummy food in our bellies.
