“I made my reservation on the app and when I went in for move in day there was lots of mice dropping and mold on the door. Very unacceptable conditions. They were fine with me cancelling the reservation but wasn’t refunded the admin fee.

The district manager reached out had excellent customer service and corrected the situation.”

She was immediately ready to help and assist me she was thorough, detailed, obviously very knowledgeable, nice, positive, was able to explain to me in a way that I would understand about what I was asking for. Gave me a detailed answer and reasoning. Seems like a very nice positive asset to the company. “I have to be honest, I don't rent a storage unit. But I had to comment about a particular employee who came in our store last night. The name tag said Patricia...older, heavyset, short hair--hope you can figure out who it was. The reason why I'm commenting on her is because of her honesty, this woman finished checking out at our grocery store and realized one of the items didn't scan. Rather than simply keeping the item like most people do, she came back in to customer service and paid for it!! Faith in humanity restored!”

Individual who is very polite and respectful and that’s who I spoke to when I spoke to Mr. Reese is hard to find good customer service. and Public storage has done a good job and their hiring process with this individual. Want to say thanks Mr. Reese for letting me know about my facility not being fully secured and helping me once I got to the site.”

“Incredible company to work with! They made our move from FL to VA extremely easy and were so flexible with date changes/delays on our end. The customer service is as good as it gets and we are so appreciative for the flexibility and ease of the entire process. Chris and the team at the Manassas location went above and beyond to make everything as simple as possible in an already stressful situation for us and we will be forever grateful for their help and understanding for everything.
As for the units themselves— they are top notch! We had some flooding in FL the night before we were planning to move and everything in our storage unit remained completely dry and undamaged.
You will not regret using them for any type of moving or storage”
“Although my first impressions of All Pro Movers was less than stellar and was about to give up, I had the great opportunity to have the Chris (customer service) take over as my rep. He singlyhandedly turned my view of All Pro around and made me extremely happy with my choice of movers. His professionalism, follow through and empathy were amazing. If you do use All Pro, insist on Chris being your representative. You will NOT regret it. My original sales person was not great at all and don't trust him as far as I can throw him, but during one of my calls to All Pro, I happen to get the sales department in error and spoke with a wonder young lady (wish I got her name), but if I had her as my original sales person, I would be giving All Pro all 10s on this review. What an awesome person she was...extremely informative and upfront with exactly what I should expect. All Pro, you need to hire more people like Chris and the female salesperson You'd be the Number 1 mover in America if you did! Thank you Chris for all your hard work.”

She even tried to change out spots to work some magic and it still wasn’t working. Unfortunately weren’t able to rent, but we got our refund immediately. And I’m so happy with the CUSTOMER. We chatted and she ask my needs etc and I selected the appropriate size unit i will need (with outside access).
First month was free! I love a freebie!”
