Online booking allowed me to make 10:30 tire fitting appointment at 8am. Sure enough they were ready for me and I was out the door at 11:45, outstanding. Very cool that Steve in service has been there for 20 years, must be a happy place.

I was very happy that you fixed my Mini Cooper it is very old 2007 it has very little miles on it . I only have it service once a year. We live in Southern Maryland. We bright it from you and We really like the way all of you are all so helpful. Thanks again.

The repair service department had messed up the order with my parts which delayed my schedule (which was another auto service at 1.5 hours away) badly but they made up by providing that needed auto service to make up for my lost time. Loved the flexible attitude and 'do the best for customers' mindset. Two thumbs up!
