“I drove almost two hours to get a part because this was the only store that had it in stock. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door saying the store was closed due to a power outage.
Luckily, a wonderful lady came outside and asked what I was waiting for. I explained that I had driven a long way specifically to pick up this part. Even though the store had no power, she went out of her way to help me and made sure I got my part.
Amazing customer service! I really appreciate her kindness and willingness to help. I’m extremely satisfied with my experience at this store. Definitely 5 stars!”

“Great service!! I was visiting VA and had a blow out on the freeway. Discovered I needed a specific key for the tires. The lady that answered the phone was professional, friendly, and helpful. Was able to get a ride to the store and pick up exactly what I needed in less than five minutes. This was a big deal for me because I was about to be stranded in VA until Monday. I was on the road quickly after my visit. Thank you!!!!!”
