They are so great at what they do.I brought my vehicle in for state inspection and a tire rotation and I thought I might as well get a tuneup while I was there. They asked me why I thought I needed a tuneup. They asked me if I was having any issues. I said I just figured I needed one. They did a diagnostics check on my vehicle, and no issues. They told me that normally you get a tuneup around 100,000 miles. I love the honesty with them, I love dealing with them. I love their knowledge on vehicles. Chris, there at the front desk, is personable and great at explaining things the way a normal person can understand. As mentioned, I will continue to bring my vehicles to Certified Auto Repair! “I had a light come on my dash a few miles from picking up my new 2024 MDX. I turned around and went back to the dealer. They were great. They got right on it. They offed to give me a different car to drive home, and they would have someone drive my car to my house when they figured out what the problem was. They actually had it fixed in a very short time. I waited for it. Then Fed Ex delivered my new liscence plates to the wrong house. Which we did not figure out till the day my 30-day tags expired. I delt with Matt. had someone drive new 30 day tags to my house that day. Then he got with DMV got a new set of Plates for me and had those delivered to my house the next day. They have taken full responsability and responded faster then I could have expected. I am very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone!!!!!”

I have since taking my personal vehicle there to have new tires put on, not used and they were excellent, informative, knowledgeable, extremely polite, fast and efficient.
