“Coming from someone that’s always dreamed of a Japanese car they out here making dreams come true. One of the mechanics took me to the warehouses filled with Japanese machinery felt like a dream come true. I was allowed to look at everything for the car test drove it and I instantly loved the car purchased it with no problems and drove to work used it all day . “Had a significant electronic issue with my car on 64 near this shop. I was able to drive the car there and requested they run diagnostics - with no advance notice. When I walked in the receptionist was on the phone explaining how busy they were to another customer. She asked the owner if he could help - he dropped what he was doing, took the car back, ran diagnostics and reset the system. He advised he believed it was safe to continue driving. We continued our trip with no problem. GREAT service.”

“Big O during a recent state inspection brought to my attention that five lug nuts on my 2020 Ford Edge, were worn out.
They reccommended replacing the five to eliminate difficulty in the event we had to change a tire on the road. This was done quickly and very reasonably priced.
Likewise the crewrecently repaired a leaking fuel line on my 52 MGTD which is actually a Fiberfab kit car on a 69 VW Beetle chassis. I have a always been pleased with all more routine services such as brakes and tires as well.”
“Used amigos for an emergency repair on the front tires of a big box truck that had a blowout. They were fast, and did it for a price that no one can complain about! I have since taking my personal vehicle there to have new tires put on, not used and they were excellent, informative, knowledgeable, extremely polite, fast and efficient. The price was better than anybody else in town for high performance low profile tires, Will definitely use them again!”
“My daughter and I were travelling from DC to Raleigh in two separate cars this past week when we experienced a punctured tire on her car. How the tire was punctured is a saga.... but needless to say, the staff at this Firestone patiently listened to my story and my plea for expediated service to determine if her tire can be patched and if not, can we get a set of new tires as soon as possible since I had to get my daughter to college (note.... her car was packed with all of her stuff).
EVERYONE at this location was so extremely helpful. The very nice young woman working the front desk ensured that we got priority assistance and the technicians took a quick look at my daughter's car and identified that her windshield wipers also needed to be replaced. In the end, the tire was patched and we got some new wipers too.
