My Mini Cooper pulled to the left and had an odd sounding noise! (Pretty vague, I admit). The service techs aligned my car perfectly, and balanced and rotated the tires. “Paul and Paul Senior are absolute masters of their craft. From the moment you walk into the shop, you can tell it’s a well-organized and tidy place. The atmosphere feels like you’re hanging out with your best friends—totally relaxed and not at all intimidating.

“Had a significant electronic issue with my car on 64 near this shop. I was able to drive the car there and requested they run diagnostics - with no advance notice. When I walked in the receptionist was on the phone explaining how busy they were to another customer. She asked the owner if he could help - he dropped what he was doing, took the car back, ran diagnostics and reset the system. He advised he believed it was safe to continue driving. We continued our trip with no problem. GREAT service.”

When I called in the morning, I was warmly greeted by Sam, who was professional, understanding, and quick to assist me. She made sure my situation was handled efficiently and with genuine care.
The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I also had some refrigerated items with me, and they kindly offered to store them while my car was being taken care of, which I truly appreciated. While I waited in the lobby, I watched the team handle a variety of customer concerns, and every staff member approached each situation with patience, professionalism, and a willingness to help.

“Used amigos for an emergency repair on the front tires of a big box truck that had a blowout. They were fast, and did it for a price that no one can complain about! I have since taking my personal vehicle there to have new tires put on, not used and they were excellent, informative, knowledgeable, extremely polite, fast and efficient.
