“Such a great experience. The staff at Saron were wonderful to work with. We were not excited to be “sold” on a countertop like a used car, but here they were happy to just talk about what we wanted and give us the options they had. Casual conversations led us to the perfect counters for our space. Such a simple measurement and install, all the staff were friendly and easy to work with.”

Went today for a piece of lumber. Used the currency of in the lumber area, the cashier was super nice, friendly and smiling.
Happy i shopped Lowes ....
Last time - The only issue I had tonight was that only the self check out was open. The one cashier working that area had a customer that took a long time and I waited a bit before I could check out.
I do not like using the self check out to begin with, this just upset me more.

Secondly Lowes is updating their military discount so it does not include some things.

“Had items in stock. Wanted a specific storm door , two other Lowes stores said they had it in stock that were close to house , it ended up that was wrong. Had to travel about a hour to get door but it was worth it . Got there first thing Friday morning and the associates at the returns counter ended up locating the door in the back and brought it up front . They were very nice and polite for being 6:30 am . Sometimes you dont get that at places but they were great .”

“Hello. We had hoped to speak to a manager in person but all were in a meeting, so we hope they read this. We wanted to give special thanks to two team members. First, Stanislaus went above and beyond in finding a product for us that we couldn’t find. He looked on several shelves and on his phone and at first didn't find any. He asked us to wait a second and came back and told us that he found a couple and ran to the back to get them for us. Second, Lolita assisted us at the checkout since I didn't have my Lowes card and looked up my account so I could use the card. She was so very friendly with a great smile. She has the kind of helpful, happy attitude that brightens your day! Thanks to them both!”
