“I recently went in with a bunch of phone questions and two employees, Kaif and Nayeem, were the most helpful people ever. Not only did they answer all my questions, they help me troubleshoot some issues when joining Metro. I will recommend this particular Metro to anyone hoping to get an easy transition to a new phone line. I am so grateful for my positive experience. As someone who works in retail it is always so great to feel taken care of. Both employees were bilangual as well so they helped in THREE whole langauges. “Went into store believing my iPhone screen was cracked. Thought I would get an estimate of several hundred dollars. He took a look and told me the screen protector was broken. Charged me $10. It’s not only the cost was minuscule, but I didn’t know any better and a less scrupulous person could told me it was the screen, replaced the protector “ and charged me $200 for a $10 repair. In most cases integrity is as important as competency. And in this case, he had both.”
“I have had my screen replaced multiple times and they always provide excellent customer service and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their phone fixed or a case or screen protector etc.”
