“Ciera was amazing! She was the only employee in the store on a Saturday morning. She was very professional, even when an angry customer came in demanding help immediately. She continued to help the customer she was currently with while trying to deescalate a situation that arose. She was patient with us while we were there with our 1 year old. Communicated well. Assisted us amazingly. Carefully showed us all our options. Making sure we got the best plan for our family. Even on a busy Saturday we were there no longer than 1 hr when upgrading 2 devices. She was very good at time management. Working in quick fixes with the longer services to keep the store running smoothly on her own: Ciera was the bomb!!”
