Although there was a long wait, a representative George was assigned to assist me. George was extremely helpful, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable.The store manager a pretty and cheerful young lady, checked on me and the service I had received. I complimented her on having such a knowledgeable, helpful, customer oriented staff. It’s clear she has done a wonderful job with her team at the Mechanicsville, Verizon location.
