“Family has shopped here since I was a baby. We've always experienced good customer service, and never had any issues shopping here for the last three decades.For those complaining this is a "small" grocery store: it's literally surrounded by suburban housing in a small strip mall. It's a neighborhood grocery store, nothing more nothing less.”

“As my name indicate am from north Africa ,I was in my country for 8 years and when I came back my account was close ,so I was left with almost no money but God send me a angel her name is REBEKAH GIRR working for bank of America in this specific location she mad sure for me to have my money back ,she mad all the necessary calls, she helped me to found my way around the city and get where I needed to be, she even asked me if I have enough Money to get by, I can't even found the words to thank her or discrib her but a ANGEL .my tears are dropping while am writing this, how easy can somebody make a difference in you life and mad me proud of what America is all about. That woman deserves to be a vise president of united states,we never know.”

“I opened my account at the Chantilly branch about 6 years ago, and I just got a car loan and upgraded my credit card. The lady who did my loan was such a helpful and quick turn around, and I pick up my check on a Saturday to take to the dealer to pick up my truck. And the Branch Manager was great as always. He helped get my cashier's check for my truck and out the door in minutes. I love this branch; I have used the other 2 offices in this area: friendly people and good services. I know the staff at the Chantilly branch and the tellers are great people; some are not big talkers, but they take care of business. One teller is going to college and will be graduating soon; I will be sad to see him go. He is a great worker and knows a lot, and he has helped with a few problems I have had with my account, and most times, it is something I did.”

“Came in for the first time a few weeks ago. Needed to get a Cashier's check. First time I've needed one in a very long time. Staff was very helpful and handled it without any issues and very quickly. I had brought a check with me for what I thought would be a check that got certified by the bank, but instead they used that check to put an earmark hold on the money so that it would be pulled out when the check got deposited. After leaving the branch, I wasn't sure if something hadn't been completed correctly and about two hours later I called the branch to ask them a few questions. I needed some confirmation since I don't regularly get this type of check, and the staff member reassured me what had occurred and made sure I understood. Everything was done with a pleasant attitude from every team member I met with or spoke to on the telephone. I will likely be using this as one of my main branches when I move to the area. I felt like I was getting great service and I felt valued as a Wells Fargo customer. As a side note, I see all of the other reviews are very old. I would recommend those people, if they are still in the area, to give this location another shot. You won't regret the friendly and helpful people here at this location. Highly recommend! I will be back this week for a similar purpose as my last visit and I expect the visit to be easy and to be taken care of.”
