“I needed some paperwork done. Visited this bank - after first trying out at a closer but lower rated BofA- with an over thinking bank manager.
This facility had a quick action and yet knowledgeable staff. They know exactly what the request was. Cleared my concerns/requests very quickly. In and out in under 10 mins - which I couldn't get done even after 25 mins at BoA. Sorry to miss the names - but well worth 5 stars.”

I acknowledged and wished her a beautiful week ahead.Just before I hung up she mentioned about my car and asked if I am looking to refinance. I said not really but what do you have to offer. Long story short being a professional she mentioned about the special promo they have on their rates. I filled in the application and got approved.The moral of the story is had Ms. Geeta Shetty not asked me that question and done the follow through she did, I would not have thought about that for months as that was not on my agenda. I ended up saving $$ in a big way.Ms. Geeta helped me and guided me through the process!
