Bicycle Shops near Herndon, VA

“We’ve been coming here for over 25 years, since it was A-1 Cycling. This is - and always has been - exactly what you want in a bike shop: knowledgeable, friendly, patient professionals who treat your bike like it is their own. They never try to sell you something you don’t need. Importantly, their bike techs are extremely skilled and are quite willing to chat with you about the repairs. Royce has worked on my bike several times, and he’s just one of a long history of fantastic techs at Al’s. Run (or bike) to Al’s, don’t walk, the next time you need repairs, accessories, or a new bike.”

“I've wanted a Trek bike for years and spent countless hours doing my own research before making a purchase. I joined cycling groups, read reviews, watched videos, and even used AI to better understand how important bike size, fit, and model selection are. After all that research, I was convinced I knew exactly which bike I wanted and was even considering buying a used one on Marketplace since cycling isn't typically one of my main hobbies.

I'm so glad I didn't.

I decided to visit Trek Leesburg to get professionally fitted and better understand what would work best for me. Despite everything I had learned on my own, I quickly realized I was wrong about both the size and the bike I thought was perfect for me. Thanks to the expertise, patience, and guidance of Alex, Alec, and Phil, I was able to test ride several different bikes and find the one that truly fit my needs.

The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Not only did they help me find the perfect bike, but they also helped me stay within my budget while making sure I had all the necessary safety equipment and accessories. At no point did I feel pressured. Instead, I felt educated, supported, and confident in my decision.

I couldn't be happier with my purchase or my experience at Trek Leesburg. Thank you, Alex, Alec, and Phil, for helping me find the right bike and making this such an enjoyable experience. You have earned a customer for life! 🚴‍♂”

“The technician who fixed my front derailleur was knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant to work with -- he's been working on bicycles in Vienna for many years, and is a precious resource in our community.”

“I wanted to test ride some recumbent trikes and this is one of the few local places where I could. You can schedule a time for a test ride so you don't have to wait around. Tim was there with a couple of nice models to try out. He was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions. No pressure at all just chill and easy. I decided on a Catrike model and ordered it that day. Now I can enjoy biking without back and leg pain! My wife loves riding it too! Thanks Tim and Vienna Bikes!”

“Really great local bike shop. They helped me with the bike I thought I wanted and then when it turned out I didn’t they were exceedingly gracious in allowing me to return it. I know they want their customers to be happy. I will definitely shop here again!”
