Once corporate was involved, the store manager, Bryan, stepped up and went above and beyond to make things right. They ended up giving me an incredible deal on a brand-new, much higher-spec MSI laptop to make up for the trouble.

“I upgraded to some new Klipsch Forte IV’s and Sean had a great price on the pair I was interested in. After working out shipment to Nevada, I also asked Sean for his advice about which amp might provide the best experience with these speakers. Sean provided a list of highly rated integrated amps and after sound some research as to which amp I thought would deliver the sound profile I was after, I decided to go with a McIntosh unit.
Sean provided tracking info immediately so I could track both deliveries. I just received everything today and set the new system up. I can’t express in words how well the amp and these Forte’s sound together. Thank you Sean for your solid input and advice!!

“I originally tried to get a phone and set up a work plan through the Cricket website, but ran into an issue because the billing address on my credit card didn’t match the shipping address. So I ended up going into the Cricket Wireless store in Herndon instead.
I had no idea there was a location so close to me, and I’m really glad I stopped in. Sandra was awesome and made the whole experience incredibly easy. I walked out within 30 minutes with a brand new activated phone, a case, a charger, and my cell phone plan all set up.

I came in and was promptly greeted then asked the reason for my visit. Brandon was prompt professional and knowledgeable of products and services. I ran into a brief misunderstanding of policies surrounding my replacement screen protector. After connecting with a rep via the T-Mobile customer service line we landed on a resolution. He went above and beyond to make sure the transfer was done correctly and also helped me find a better setup that saves me money every month. I really appreciate his patience, effort, and willingness to stick with the problem for hours instead of just giving me a quick answer.

“About two weeks ago, my android phone was hacked and totally disabled. I contacted the TMobile Experience and was told the best time to visit to have my phone serviced. Jimmy and Reggie were great(as was Logan) for giving me clear accurate information and prompt service. All my phone functions were inoperative when I went in. I left with a functioning phone and clear path to restoration within 1/2 hour and was told to return with any other problems. I did a few days later to resolve some final issues. Great Experience!”

“This is less a store front and more 12+ boxes of vinyl to flip through inside the Antique Shop. Not all the vinyl is out in an obvious way as some are still stacked vertically or underneath shelves which is hard to look at. They also carry CD's, cassettes and some DVD/Blu-ray.
Selection is okay, mostly rock, pop and some jazz, with typical prices if you want to avoid the hassle of online buying. It's a decent place to waste 30-45mins looking through but wouldn't go far out of my way to visit.”

Frustrated over the runaround I experienced with another T-Mobile store and T-Mobile's call center's customer service, Mauricio worked with his manager to have my replacement warranty phone sent directly to my address, then offered and delivered in helping me transfer information to my new phone.
He was persistent in negotiating the most efficient path with T-,Mobile's call center. If not for Mauricio, I would still be without a phone today. You know how debilitating that can be!”

I would like to give enthusiastic recognition to Shokria at the Target Fair Lakes store in Fairfax. At approximately 11:05 p.m., after the store had already closed, she helped me complete a last-minute purchase when the barcode on one of my items would not register properly.
Despite the late hour, Shokria never made me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. She was exceptionally kind, patient, attentive, and professional. She immediately took ownership of the problem, diligently worked through the barcode issue, and made sure I was able to complete my purchase quickly and smoothly.
Shokria demonstrated customer service at its absolute best. Her gracious attitude, calm efficiency, and commitment to helping me—especially at the very end of a long workday—made a lasting impression. Associates like Shokria are exactly why I continue returning to Target time and time again.
