“Just had our basement bathroom and a few additional small projects completed and we are incredibly happy with the outcome. From our initial consultation with Sam though our PM Sully and all of the guys, everything was handled professionally and easily. We will now be moving on to our second phase of renovations and will be using them again.”

“Outstanding service in every which way, folks. From the beginning of the job to the end, Mr. Islak and his crew at Premium Granite were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, hardworking, and reliable. AND reasonably priced. I WOULD RETURN TO THEM WITHOUT HESITATION FOR MY NEXT PROJECT. If they don't have the slab you want, they can get it for you. Or you can find the slab you do like and bring it to them. I started with a different outfit that had a fancy showroom only to realize that I was being overcharged 50% by people who were ignorant about the material I had chosen. I am so happy that I brought my slabs and my job to Premium Granite. Three cheers to this great company!”

“Thank you to Virginia Kitchen & Bath (Chantilly) for a beautiful basement re-finish. We are very happy with the quality of the project and would definitely recommend them and work with them again. From the original consultation and estimate, Faruk was communicative and walked us through our options. Once the project started, Mel kept us informed of the status while Gloria’s team worked hard to frame the walls of our basement, add drywall, paint, do the electrical, and take care of the permitting. Afterwards, Carlos took care of the flooring and it all turned out really well. During the whole process, the house was also kept extremely clean and trash was taken care of regularly. Thank you to all at VK&B!”

“NEKA did an excellent job with our quartz countertops. When I couldn't find something in their showroom that worked with my design or budget, Tolga referred me to MSI Quartz down the road from them, where I found the perfect quartz. NEKA ordered, cut, and delivered the quartz without a hitch. The installers were extremely professional and adapted on the spot to a small pipe in the corner of the cabinets that my contractors had uncovered since the initial counter measurement. The quartz has been expertly cut and installed. I highly recommend them!”

“I'm giving My Kitchen and Bath 5 stars for our small guest bath remodel. The whole process went smoothly, the work started on time, they addressed any questions I had throughout the process and communication was good. Marco was the main person doing the work and he was a pleasure to work with. If we use them again I would ask for Marco. This is not our first time doing a room renovation and My Kitchen and Bath was overall a good experience. We did our research before choosing to work with them.”

It’s so nice to be able to get this stuff without the extra packaging and get exactly how much I need. Plus it has so many other amazing eco-friendly items! And the owner, Mala, is so nice and helpful. This is an awesome place in the DC area, and everyone should check it out!”

“Five stars! We cannot say enough great things about Manex Remodeling. This team did a wonderful job on multiple projects for us. Since this was our first time undertaking remodeling work, we were initially nervous about finding a reliable, competitively priced contractor, but Manex exceeded all our expectations. Not only were they great to work with regarding our budget, but they are also simply good people. We truly enjoyed working with Tony, Ed, and their highly skilled team. We hired them for two bathroom remodels, a 4 season sunroom addition, and a deck—all of which turned out beautifully. They also completed landscaping and a retaining wall, new fence and concrete underneath the deck in addition to helping us to replace our roof. I really can’t thank them enough for the amazing job they did. If you are looking for trustworthy, highly skilled professionals who deliver results you will love and feel like you are working with friends or family, believe these five-star reviews. They are earned for a reason. These guys are the best. Amy Despres”

“USA cabinet store in chantilly was a pleasure to work with. My business partner and I went on a whim because we needed a quick turnaround on a kitchen for our break room at our hair salon and they were able to come up with a design in less than an hour. They completed the job within two weeks which was perfect timing! They never pushed us to add on anything extra, and were super helpful and accommodating. I definitely recommend them! They also did a great job with the kitchen!”

“Moss, thank you for the kitchen update. It was everything we wanted! Jon got the team together early and everyone was patient with us. This was our first remodel/update ever in our home. The 1995-era kitchen was terrible (just look at the pictures! Old kitchen in yellow. Yuck!). Miyuki, as designer, had to be super patient with us newbies. She listened to our desires and concerns and sent us renderings. But she went above and beyond. We never even considered moving our refrigerator. Still, she sent us a rendering to consider with it replacing our pantry. We were concerned about losing a pantry’s worth of space. She assured us we’d gain back space with the new cabinets going all the way up to the ceiling and the built-in cabinets against a wall that previously was only a desk. Boy oh boy, was she ever right! We had no idea how much a simple appliance move would open up the kitchen. (And the water line move was minimal as our half-bath is directly below where the fridge now is.) We ended up going with her suggestion. I’m sure we would have loved our kitchen as we first envisioned it, but every day when I walk in I am so glad we went with her fridge-move idea! Cristobal, as senior project manager, kept us—most importantly my wife who was at home daily—up to date on what was being done. And whenever we had an issue come up, he was quick to fix it or explain why it had to be done a certain way. The best ever was our “pass-through” window above the sink overlooking the dining/living room. We were afraid they wouldn’t be able to expand it. He assured us it could be. (Many of our neighbors were told the pass-through was stuck at a sad 2’x3’.) I’m now looking at our dining/living room from the sink, through a 3’x4.5’ opening. Again, we didn’t really comprehend what a difference such a small change would make. Brady, as the day-to-day project manager, kept all of Moss’s employees on task. He very clearly explained to my wife what was happening daily. He made sure the stove was installed as soon as it was ready so we could use our kitchen before all the punch-list items were complete. Even better, our dog loved him. And our dog usually doesn’t like men! Louie (and we) thanks you, Brady! This will not be the last time we contract with Moss for an update in our home. We have two 1995-era bathrooms staring us in the face daily, with gross contractor-grade, cheap cabinets, faucets, sinks, etc. Then we walk into our beautiful new kitchen and think: Bathrooms next! Talk to you soon, Jon, Miyuki, Cristobal and Brady.”

“Most extensive selection of hardware I've ever encountered! Being able to see and touch hardware before ordering was key to the success of a very recent kitchen renovation. The owner, Lynn kept me from making a mistake with regards to finish and her product knowledge is amazing! She helped with layout and kept us up to date with expected receipt of delivery. I'm so glad to have this resource right here in NoVa!”

“Andre and his team exceeded my expectations in screening in the front porch of our DC row home. It’s absolutely perfect and my family is already loving it as the weather warms up. Many of our neighbors have also complimented the porch and have asked for contact info for our contractor. Thanks Andre!”

“We had a $50k+ kitchen remodel. I would use Cyrus again, absolutely. Quoted timeline was 6-8 weeks. Took 8 weeks 1 day and that includes a couple snow storms. I have heard timeliness is a big problem amongst contractors and everyone is impressed Cyrus finished on time. The guys who did the work were all professional and respectful. We passed inspection first time. Farzan was responsive. When I wanted something in particular, like a small change to the plan, sometimes I had to push but he got it done. Price was fair for the work. Initial cost estimate was accurate.”

“We really loved working with Ali and John from WellCraft on our galley kitchen remodel. John (our site manager) was exceptionally patient and kind. The remodel involved some tricky reconstruction/maneuvers and they handled it beautifully. Also, they were timely - very important as did not want to be away for long. We recommended them to other family members in the area. We have some potential issues with some paint chipping, wall cracks, and tiles loosening (it's been less than a year since the remodel), so we will update to see how that progresses.”

“Worked with Mustafa twice now. Had to come back after the first experience with our master bath. They are the best one stop shop with curated tile, plumbing, fixtures—everything. No missing orders - communication was timely and clear. We will recommend mosaic to any and all of our friends that demand quality. :)”

“Dream Design finished our basement with a bedroom, bathroom (including moving parts of the rough-in), and living area. Yong and his team were great to work with and made the experience as painless as possible. Dream Design has lots of selections of materials, but we were also able to bring some of our own things. The designers were helpful and had good ideas. Robert, our project manager, regularly checked on the project in person. They provided 3D renderings and lots of options, down to where we wanted outlets placed. They also pulled all permits and met with county inspectors. I was glad that they didn't try to upsell or gouge us after we signed the contract. There were a few small hiccups, which is to be expected with a project this size, but all were rectified. The work is really high quality, especially for the price. I really can't say enough good things about our experience and wholeheartedly recommend them!”

“We had the kitchen remodeled, painting and hardwood floors installed in the office and refinished in other areas. The exterior work included a new fence, retaining wall, and pavers around a large pool. It took a bit longer than expected but mostly due to weather. Jay and the crew work hard and it shows in the delivery. We are very happy with the results.”

“Ivan and his crew did an amazing job in our kitchen and completed the job quickly. We hired DMV kitchen and bath to open our kitchen by removing a wall and installing a bar height countertop and cabinets. Despite the job being smaller than a full remodel, Ivan quoted me a fair price and worked with my wife and I to select materials from their showroom. I only had a few minor concerns with the job (the vent hood was too low and an outlet wire needed to be concealed), and Ivan responded quickly and his crew resolved the issues just as fast. The DMV crew were always on time and kept the house super clean. Any additional charges from the job were discussed with me beforehand in writing. I would definitely use them again!Service: Remodeling”

“My wife and I are so glad that we went with The Countertop Guru for our remodel. I did all the kitchen rebuild myself except for the counters and sink that they installed. I waited a few years to post to see how their work held up over time. They replaced our old laminate counters (first photo). And I can say that it looks as good today as the day it was installed. They were honest, well priced, and did an incredible job. He gave us a great deal on a sink and faucet that another family ordered and then changed to a different version. He gave us great suggestions for both materials that fit our needs and our budget (we went with an engineered quartz counter). He even gave me some great advice on a primer for painting the cabinets. In the 'after' picture...the area on the right is one continuous piece, so we have no seams on any of our counters. If I ever buy another house and need counters ... I would not think of calling anyone else. A great, family-owned, local business.”

“Went to the Tile Hop in Sterling, VA to get ideas for a kitchen backsplash. They had just what we wanted so I made the order. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Order came on time. Product was great and so was the price. Not my first project with this store. Have always been satisfied.”

“We had a great experience working with David. We brought our cabinet samples and he helped pick out the perfect quartzite to match and bring our kitchen to life. He worked with us to determine the best layout of the slab. When hiccups occurred with the construction, David quickly helped to reschedule our delivery. We would recommend David and the Fairfax Marble and Granite team.”

“I worked with cabinet designer Heather B. at Cornerstone. She was wonderful to work with; her goal was to ensure that I would be happy with our new kitchen layout and cabinets. We spent a lot of time together, refining every detail of the design and cabinetry features. She also helped me select countertops. The result is the kitchen of my dreams! The cost was reasonable, considering all the design work, and the beautiful results. Heather is a talented and skilled designer, and a perfectionist in her work.”

“We had 2 bathrooms - one renovated - one added with a redesign of a bedroom. We worked with Florina and she is fantastic! She helped through every step. She did the design, helped us with selecting materials, and supervised from start to finish. We couldn't be happier. She has an excellent eye for detail and maximizing space. We are so very happy with the end result. Will definitely work with her again.”

“My wife and I worked with Waleska Feliciano! She was absolutely the best help we could have asked for. Helpful hints on our planning, warning us off from mistakes, and she even came out to our house to survey the kitchen before we started. The work crews she suggested were also very good and finished the project in a very timely manor! It has been 2 years and our kitchen still feels brand new, we love it even more now than when it was finished!”
