The RipTide Car Wash is Richmond's favorite car wash, offering a range of free amenities including vacuums, clean towels, and various cleaning solutions. Their automated, touchless car wash features a neon light tunnel and multiple options to keep cars shining. Customers praise the car wash for its excellent service, cleanliness, and affordability. The business provides everything needed to finish detailing, including a vacuum that always works. With its great price and helpful staff, The RipTide Car Wash is a top choice in the area. This car wash offers the best of the best. The gentleman who assisted one customer made their day and represented the company extremely well. Another customer noted that the young lady and young man working there came out and personally helped them with their car, which was covered in bird poop. They didn’t have to, but completely helped with the whole car. Honestly, it was the best service and kindness ever seen. The customer service rep talked them into staying and explained the prices for other plans.
Amanda was great so friendly ! Went above and beyond to help me out when my car wasn’t working. Excellent customer service.
